My husband and his friends loved their stay in this incredibly clean and fun home. Communication with the hosts was great - quick responses and always with kindness and flexibility. They enjoyed the hot tub and great views.

Great cabin out in the woods to stay in with plenty of room to stretch out in. We had no issues in the house. Communication was great with the hosts. Would definitely recommend it.

The space was ideal for our three-night couples getaway with private rooms upstairs and down, a well-appointed kitchen, and a cozy gas fireplace. We found the hot tub spacious, clean, and hot. One thing the pictures don’t show is that this rental is next door to the owner’s house, so it is not completely secluded or private. However, the location is quiet and lovely.

The Lodge was so clean and welcoming- well stocked kitchen- wonderful outside hot tub, hosts were very quick to get us everything we needed even before we knew we needed it! Wonderful gas fireplace- very private stay-wonderful views

Our stay was so nice we added another day! The house was perfectly clean when we checked in and had all the cooking supplies we needed. Dana was the best at check in and communication through our stay. Would definitely come back!

Beautiful location overlooking a large pond and rolling hills. The house was spacious, immaculate, and well equipped with all the amenities.The hot tub was clean and functional. The outside gas grill was in great shape. The hosts were friendly and very attentive. We would gladly rent it again.

The hosts were very nice. The house was in a very nice and quiet location and we enjoyed watching the deer every dsy. Our favorite night was having a homemade lasagna dinnner together and going in the hot tub. It was close to the dream fields and downtown Cooperstown.

Bachelor party for a bunch of middle aged dudes. Was a great property 20 minutes away from Cooperstown Hof, 20ish minutes from Omegaang, super clean, super nice quiet area. Excellent amenities and super nice hosts. We all had a great time would 100% book again if they'll have us.

A beautiful site with everything we needed for an extended weekend.

Great spot to get away from all the hub-bub of C-Town. Grandparents, parents, and teens all stayed here. We relaxed in the hot tub, grilled, fished in the pond nearby, and sat out under the stars. The hosts were very communicative and helpful. Definitely recommend for a large family attending Dreams Park.

Great property, everything we needed while staying for Cooperstown tournament. Dreams Park, groceries and restaurant are about 18 minutes away. Awesome pond where the kids were able to fish and tons of area for wiffle ball.

Great place to stay near Cooperstown

This was our second time staying. The cabin is very clean, owners were very easy to communicate with. Very peaceful area. Zero complaints

We were staying for just two nights as part of a baseball trip. Cooperstown was just 20 mins away and this property was just perfect. Massive for the two of us but we had a blast. Wonderfully quiet location. Amenities in the building were perfect. Loved it. Especially the hot tub

We stayed two nights at this wonderful lodge. Our host communicated with us several times, prior to our stay, to ensure that everything was ready to go as we traveled from Wisconsin to New York. The lodge was perfect when we arrived and had everything that we needed to make our stay enjoyable. Highly recommend.

Place was very nice-host were good just unusual that you pay a cleaning fee and you’re still expected to vacuum the place before you leave and checkout is 9am so we had to pay 50 extra to have a later checkout at 11

Stayed at this property late January, with my wife, for a quiet winter getaway. The lodge was awesome, comfortable and cozy, with all amenities. Photos do not do it justice. Hot tub was great! Communication with hosts was easy, and Nate walked us through everything once we arrived. A definite recommendation for a couple or with the family.

Our seventh time in the cabin and it was lovely as always. The kitchen is great for cooking big breakfasts and family meals. The hot tub is a hit with the kids and the rooms are set up perfectly for a family.

Absolutely perfect! Quiet. Clean. Just as described. Much needed weekend away from kids and pets for a very tired pair of besties. Local Christmas activities were an unexpected plus. Will definitely be returning.

Our daughter attends SUNY Oneonta and we rented the property to stay with her over the holiday weekend. The property is nice and less than 30 minutes from campus. The property worked nicely for our visit.

Loved how quiet the surrounding area is. We saw numerous deer and turkeys roaming near the pond. Home was fully stocked with everything we needed. Highly recommend!
