Stayed Jul 30, 2025We were very upset when we checked in and found out that they were planning to move us to another unit in the middle of our trip. We booked our stay from Wednesday night until Sunday. They told us that we would have to be out of our room by 11:00 on Friday morning. We went to the office at 9:30 am to check out and move into our new room. They told us that our new room would not be ready until around 12:30 that day. We had plans with our granddaughter that we had to cancel because of this mess. Not a good experience!

Stayed Aug 1, 2025Check in wasn’t as smooth as it could have been. We finally got into our rental after 6 pm. After that everything was as advertised. The condo was very clean and the view of the canyon on the Deschutes River was beautiful.
