Stayed Jul 4, 2025We had a wonderful time at Will’s VRBO. When booking a place, I was looking for a location that was outside the city but had ample space for our family. I was pleased to find this VRBO. It has 3 bedrooms that easily fit our family. Will and his wife were very responsive if we needed any assistance. I can’t thank them enough, they were wonderful hosts! We checked in on the 4th of July and we were able to watch the fireworks next door. It was amazing! I had asked Will about ATV rentals and he suggested Westcliffe Offroad - UTV Rentals. We spent our Saturday off-roading outside of Westcliffe, CO. It was beautiful! On Sunday, we went Whitewater rafting with Royal Gorge Rafting (ask for Wyatt). We did the full day rafting that included levels 2-4. It was the highlight of our trip. We ran out of time on this visit but we would like to check out the Colorado Jeep Tours.

Stayed Mar 21, 2025Great place to stay! It's far enough away from town that you don't get the city noise, but close enough to run to the store if needed. Close proximity to Royal Gorge. Rooms were plenty big with comfortable queen beds, Great living space for a family, and a nice, stocked kitchen. And Will was great to work with!
