The campsite is located in Ruhija village, Ruhija sub-county. It is a beautiful community based, self-sustainable enclosure, adjacent to Bwindi Impenetrable National Park opposite ITFC offices, just at the edge of the forest where Gorrilla trekking takes place. It is ideal place to stay when going to trek the mountain gorillas of Bitukura, Oruzogo and Kyaguriro groups in Ruhija, Bwindi impenetrable national park. Birders are offered an ideal accommodation in the campsite where more than sevenendemic species of birds along libertine Rift Valley are viewed while at the campsite.
