Stayed Aug 8, 2025Couldn't have been more pleased with the property and the owners. Tina responded to any and all of our questions and requests immediately. The property is exactly as seen and described. We've rented other condos in the same complex and this one faster passes any we have been in.Checking and entry into the unit was seamless. Not enough good things to say of our experience there. We are already talking about booking for next year. Thanks to Tina and her family for giving us the privilege and the opportunity to stay in this exceptional property

Stayed Jun 22, 2023We love coming to Waterville Estates to hike and bike and it has been our yearly vacation for 29 years. This year, it rained 12 out of 14 days. Bummer! This condo was a vacation saver; comfortable living area, well equiped kitchen, and lovely bedrooms. The AC was a game changer for the hot, humid days. We relaxed, caught up on reading, shopped, visited friends, and supported local restaurants.

Stayed Nov 20, 2021Great views of Welch Dickey mountain. Convenient to golf skiing hiking, and easy highway access. Owner was communicative and place was spotless.
