Great location - very peaceful and quiet setting. The cabin had everything we needed for our stay and was very clean. The porch fireplace was a very popular spot for our family. We would not hesitate to book the property again. Everyone had a great experience!

Very easy driving directions to an absolutely gorgeous and impressive three story getaway! Our blended family and friends were thrilled with the accommodations and plentiful bathrooms. We thoroughly enjoyed foosball and checkers and new favorite game indoor shuffleboard!! There were options of getting away from family and options to gather. We appreciated the very long country table for our Thanksgiving feast. The stocked kitchen with any utensil, pot or pan, and the staples for the bathroom and kitchen were very welcome and used. Thank you so much for making this Thanksgiving a trip to remember.

We enjoyed the outdoor fireplace and the large deck the most. We used the big fire pit as well as the hot tub. Those we great. It fit our family ranging from 9-82 very well. Thank you.

Property was open and plenty of space for all of us

We absolutely loved this house. It is a beautiful home in the woods and the porch is amazing for morning coffee, afternoon games, and evening hot tub. The kitchen is well stocked and I appreciated that they had basic seasonings too. The downstairs game room was perfect for all the kids and a great place to spread out. The location is about 20-30 min drive from most of the trails and about 15-20 from lake Logan where we rented a pontoon. We would definitely stay here again!

We recently stayed at this cabin with three families, and it was absolutely perfect for our group! The space was comfortable and had everything we needed. We especially loved the large covered porch where we spent a lot of time relaxing and watching the rain roll in — so peaceful. The hot tub was a big hit as well after long days of hiking.The location couldn’t have been better. It was super convenient to Cantwell Cliffs (just minutes away), and we were only about a 25-minute drive to other great hikes in the area. The owner was wonderful — when we had a small issue with the television, they responded quickly and replaced it with a new one the very next day.The only downside, as others have mentioned, was that the beds were a bit uncomfortable and very squeaky, which made for some restless nights. But overall, that wouldn’t stop us from coming back — we’d definitely book again for another getaway!

The lodge was even more beautiful in person than it was in the photos! There was plenty of space for our family of 13. We liked the location as it was a short drive to all the hiking trails. I would definitely recommend this to anyone looking for a nice getaway

Overall, my family's stay at the Redwood Lodge was lovely. The location was peaceful and a 10-30 minute drive from everything we wanted to see. However, for light sleepers or large groups who keep different sleeping hours, this cabin might be a challenge because it is notably loud and creaky. From the main floor bedroom, any shift on a bed or step taken upstairs can be heard. Those sleeping on the lower level didn't hear much. Also, given the price, we were surprised that some hotel-level amenities were not provided (shampoo/conditioner/body wash) as well as some common household items (multipurpose cleaner in the kitchen, a dish drain, Tupperware). A couple of the bathtubs were also slippery and could use grips. Still, it was a lovely vacation!

Such an amazingly beautiful place & location, exactly as pictured, for our recent family trip. Property was very clean & had everything we needed to have an enjoyable time making memories. Weather was not cooperative, on the two rainy days, we made use of the game room especially the shuffleboard table, and the ring game on the covered porch, alot of wildlife on property, which my grandsons enjoyed, we saw deer in the woods below from the porch & a turkey came up on the stairs to the sliding glass door on the wrap around porch. Thank you we absolutely enjoyed our stay.

My husband and I give experiences to our Kids and their families! The Redwood Lodge was perfect! Great setting in the woods! We very much enjoyed the large front porch with fireplace! Inside was cozy and beds were comfortable!

This property is great. It is exactly like the listing. We had eight adults and one toddler for our extended weekend vacation. The house is very spacious with a bathroom on each of the three floors. The wrap around porch was a fun place to hang out. We did a lot of hiking in Hocking Hills State Park. Depending on which area we went to it was a 15 to 30 minute drive. Highly recommend this property.

This was our second time at this cabin, we love it. The house is well equipped and so comfortable. Close to Hocking Hills and downtown Logan. The hot tub was a hit this time! Weather did not permit a fire this time unfortunately. The covered porch and fireplace saved us. Will stay again.

Beautiful location for a whole-family weekend.

What a great trip we had to Hocking Hills! Redwood Lodge was just perfect. Everything was clean, well appointed, worked by design, and just what we needed for a peaceful get away. We had fun hiking during the day in the snow at the nearby sites. What a slice of Heaven Hocking Hills is! We look forward to coming back!

Stayed a few days with my kids and their boyfriends. Everything was great. Would like to return.

We were able to celebrate at this cabin with our three children, their spouses, and our eight grandchildren ages ranging from 3 to 23. Had a good time. The kitchen was well stocked for the several chefs we had in the family. Beds and floors a little creaky but might be expected for long cabin home. we toured the caves on our one sunny day, but had plenty of games to occupy us on the other others. Hot tub could use some attention has had some issues before we could get into it. Great having the large fire pit with multiples seating, but plan to purchase your small packs of firewood at seven dollars a bundle unless you bring your own. we made use of the cornhole during our rainy days. A good time for all, but having the maximum of 16 was a bit tight. Can see where 12 might be more comfortable. Still bothers me that there is an additional charge for numbers over 12 even though the listing states beds for 16.. Apparently this is a new trend. In addition to a hosting fee

The cabin was beautiful but a little too close to other properties. The downstairs was a little cold while the upstairs was very warm. With a family of 8, maybe a little more toiletries available.

Redwood Lodge was the perfect spot to gather and spend time with family! Enjoyed celebrating Christmas together, gorgeous hikes, and warming up in the hot tub.

We needed something last minute and not too far from home (roughly 4 hours south of us) just for some relaxation and time to decompress... this place was perfection! It was EXACTLY what I envisioned when picturing a cabin vibe/rustic/wooded getaway Sarah was amazing with communication and the check in process! I LOVE LOVE LOVE that they keep cut firewood bundled for a small fee! Only thing I would recommend is getting a fire starter kit We will most definitely be back!!

We had 6 adults and three children 5 and under. We loved the basement with games, the huge deck with outdoor fireplace and the large open fire pit. Plenty of space for three families to move around in.

Beautiful property, fire pit nice, decking is large and relaxing for sure. Game area small but nice. Very nice place overall with these exceptions: creaky floors (loudly), uncomfortable beds, (very - loud as well) . Mold in dishwasher.

Wonderful, comfortable cabin in the woods. Great views, wildlife to watch. We loved the outdoor fireplace and used it every night. Such a quiet place. All the comforts of home in a beautiful setting, close to all the hiking, lake, beach and town of Logan.

Beautiful private location and nice cabin design. We enjoyed our stay with our family of 8 adults and 6 children and didn’t feel crowded. Great hiking and activities not far away. The only negatives were the squeaky beds and floor joists making it somewhat uncomfortable sleeping. Overall we enjoyed our stay.
