Stayed Oct 22, 2025Our very large family had the best family reunion ever at this home! There was enough space for everyone to play together and have a quiet space as well. The balcony is gorgeous and overlooks the lake with stunning views. Zero complaints and everything was great! Thank you so much for having us and we will be back!

Stayed Sep 4, 2025Not only did they quickly help us with our reservation, this home could not have been better for our family. So many amenities, including the amazing basketball court. Many games, including basketball were played over the weekend. Everything was VERY clean and SO MUCH SPACE for everyone, including the enormous deck. I am certain we will be back!!

Stayed Sep 16, 2025This is a great property for a large group with a total of 12 bedrooms, each with an en suite bath. We booked this property for a team retreat to bring our group together, complete some training and have some team building time. I requested early check in and while I understand it is not guaranteed, it did not seem like there was much effort made to accommodate the request. It seemed apparent there was not anyone in the property prior to our stay as the refrigerators were not turned on until right before our arrival and were not to cold temperature until the next morning after our 4:30pm arrival. There was a bit of cosmetic damage to some of the rooms/walls/bathroom fixtures. Overall, a lovely property that nicely fits the needs of a large group. Just a bit disappointed in the check in process and the upkeep of a new property for the price.

Stayed Sep 12, 2025Stayed here 3 yrs ago & loved it for our 50th class reunion. Lots of room for everyone. Not many places have 12 bedrooms. One of the biggest decks on the back to hold everyone. Great communication with renters & always there if we have any questions.

Stayed Jul 24, 2025The property needs new stoves and refrigerators, it needs new flooring in kitchen and it needs work on the pillars on the porch. We had trouble with refrigerators two years ago when we were there.

Stayed Feb 14, 2025We stayed at this house with our four sons and four of their friends. It was a PERFECT all ages getaway. So much to do and close to all the amenities in Branson. Kitchen was well equipped for cooking for a crowd. Would 10/10 rent again!

Stayed Mar 15, 2025Beautiful home at the end of a quiet block. There is plenty of room for your large group. The gym was amazing! The house is stocked with every appliance you can think of, especially multiple coffee pots! The Chateau Cove neighborhood is close to Table Rock, the main avenue (W 76), and a Walmart or Price Chopper. We enjoyed ourselves immensely and will definitely be back!

Stayed Dec 31, 1969Our group of 31 had a wonderful time this weekend, with 14 children loving the gym, hot tub, video games, air hockey and movie theater. The deck was tremendous! We have already booked for next year, if that tells you anything about how we liked it!

Stayed Oct 10, 2024Eleven sales peoplecame to Branson for a sales Division trip. Everyone remarked on how this was the perfect place. There’s an abundance of nearby activities; some fished, some golfed, some raised go karts. The house was perfect in every way! Plenty of space and everybody had their own bedroom and bathroom. The kitchen was well appointed, with plenty of available seating for everyone to dine together. The large spacious deck what’s the perfect place to unwind at the end of the day. I would recommend this place for anyone that needed to gather for work and get away at the same time.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969We held a family gathering of 32 people at RentBranson's Staycation with pool & basketball court. Several in our party were teens and young adults and they used the basketball court, the in olleyball net, the pool, spa, game rooms and home theater of the home almost constantly. The entire family took advantage of visits to Silver Dollar City and several shows in the area including Esther & Dolly Pardon Stampede. We also did a day of boating and jet skis at the State Park Marina. The Staycation home with 12 bedrooms worked well as a base of operation and the community indoor and outdoor pools also got used. Would have liked another couple of queen bunks vs futons given our party composition but it worked.
