Pelican Lake House - 4 bedroom pet friendly

Excellent accommodation and location for a family!

Our stay at this beautiful property was perfect. Peaceful amazing view.loved the layout and attention to detail in the amenities. Bathrooms were stunning. And welcome bottle and chocolates were appreciated thank you

This property is in the perfect location. Quiet residential street and a very short walk to the boardwalk. The views from the front living area and decking are superb. The couches were comfortable, and the wood fire heater was a great addition. Unfortunately, this is not a place we would stay in again for the following reasons. The house needs lots of maintenance updates. There are black mould patches in the ceiling.(kitchen) and around the shower in ensuite. My son's bed sheets had not been changed and were full of sand. The kitchen has peeling contact all over the bench top which is not nice to use at all. The toilet seat in the ensuite is broken. The towels and sheets are old and stained. We don't feel the price matched what the house provided Unfortunately.

We very much enjoyed our stay. It has a great layout with good views of the inlet(lake). It is a quiet location. There are a few minor issues with maintenance but the house has a nice relaxed feel and was very clean.We would definitely stay again.

Property needs a lot of maintenance. Issues that we noted were already in the guest book from over two years ago!

Loved our family winter escape to merimbula. The house was just as described and the location was perfect for us. House was plenty big enough for our family of 6 (with teenage kids). Location easy access to boardwalk and nice walking distance to town and main beach. Views were stunning very quiet and peaceful. Just what we needed.

This was lovely property, well supplied with everyday needs. Our family enjoyed there stay.

We stayed here with friends and we loved the location and the house itself. It was very comfortable and open planned and we instantly felt relaxed from the moment we entered.

A lovely house with all you need for comfort. Nice location, close to the boardwalk and centre of town, not far from beaches. Fire place to keep you warm and cosy. Dog friendly too which is a bonus.

This east facing light filled house is located with views to the river and sea. Short walk to the beautiful boardwalk that extends along the river and to the main street of Merimbula. House is well equipped, comfortable and a joy.
