Stayed Jun 25, 2026We spent several days. Great location as it is close to bike trails, Garden City, marina and grocery store and of course the lake. The home had ample space for our group of 35 people. The home was clean, kitchen stocked with all the needed appliance, and it provided a great spot for a family reunion. Thanks for a Great time!

Stayed Jul 13, 2025Lots of beds but more bunk beds or twin beds would have been nice for kids. Also some play equipment for kids would be great. It is a very spacious home with lots of group space and large kitchen. It was very clean and all living necessities available ie. appliances and linens.

Stayed Aug 4, 2024This is our third year in a row at Bear Lake. With some grandchildren now married and a baby, we had to move to a bigger place. There was room for everyone and plenty to do.

Stayed Jul 10, 2024My family of 30 people stayed at this house comfortably. There was plenty of space to eat, play, and hang out. The house had better AC, water, and was cleaner than the other places we have tried so far. If I could only change one thing it would have been the backyard. While it was large and we had a lot of fun on it, unfortunately, it wasn't as good as we had hoped. There is some standing water right next to the volleyball net and so we had to fish our balls out of it a few times and it meant there were more bugs than we're used to seeing on our trips to Bear Lake. Still our favorite trip to Bear Lake so far and we will check its availability for our future trips

Stayed Jul 8, 2024The property exceeded our expectations. It was beautiful and comfortable for our large group. We loved all the dining space and fridge space which made feeding a large group a breeze. There were plenty of “extras” like games, bikes, and more. Would definitely stay again.
