Stayed Jul 13, 2024After staying here a week, we do not feel comfortable recommending it. We did not find out it was only a 5 bedroom until 10 days before check in. We rented this place with the understanding, because it was advertised as, a 6 bedroom. The homeowners did change the listing, but it was a major inconvenience for us. We had issues with privacy too. The game room looks directly into the kitchen & dining areas, with no window coverings. Renters in the Four Corners Retreat can look in. Which is what happened to us. We were told coverings had been ordered, so maybe this won’t be an issue in the future. We also had problems with the cleaning crew. They showed up to clean another rental unit (this place is essentially an apartment complex), and they walked right into our rental. No knocking, just opened the door & walked in. They continued to walk about & rummage through the house, while we looked on, until they found what they were looking for. The owners are responsive, and apologized for our issues. Hopefully they can get these things we dealt with resolved, because the Mountain View Retreat portion is large, and the views are beautiful.

Stayed Jul 1, 2024This property is a very good value, especially for a large family. We had 6 adults and 4 kids. We all enjoyed the beautiful location. The surroundings were very peaceful. Close proximity to Mesa Verde National Park.
