Was a great time, plenty of room. Pets had a fine time. Maybe new mattresses. Wi-Fi extender to reach pool table room since no phone reception would help.

Poor communication. Hot tub that smelled like death. Sauna broken. Very dusty and dirty. Grill was a wreck.

We loved this cabin! It had plenty of bedrooms and amenities for our larger group, and we even made a fire in the fireplace one night which was great. It was in a great location too, absolutely beautiful area!

The check in process was very helpful. And Charlotte responded to the questions we had when the sauna didn't work.

Great place. Picking up and dropping off keys was a smooth process. The pond in the back was really pretty. Honestly felt like we don’t have enough time to take advantage of all the amenities. The sauna did give out during our stay and only reason for 4 star

Not very pleased. Check in was miscommunicated and 40min of our time wasted. Hot tub cover falling apart and smelled awful along with the water in hot tub smelling awful. The radio to the hot tub didn't work. The sauna didn't work. The dishwasher didn't work. The cabin was not very clean and multiple piles of dog poo in yard from guests before. I would love to attach pictures which were sent in another email but unable to attach on here. My family and friends were not very pleased to say the least. The property definitely needs some upgrades and amenities fixed so people can enjoy their vacation they are paying for.

Very peaceful, but we had a couple issues the propane grill needs replaced. Only had 3 out of 4 covers for the burner and the lid did not have a stop once opened it felt like grill was going to fall over. The hot tub is in poor condition out of 6 seats only 2 sets of jets were working and the cover is nasty and needs replaced. The pool stairs needs a good cleaning has green build up slime all around it. Was disappointed about the grill and hot tub I will never rent form 1st choice cabins again to much money for all the amenities to not be working. I hope this items are fixed before renting again.

We lived the location, off the beaten path. The pool was amazing and we spent most of our time there. Plenty of room for the ten of us. The hot tub was in need of some attention but we let them know. I would definitely stay again.

We had planned to have 7 of us there but due to some spring head colds only 4 could make it. The house was huge. Definitely well loved. Loved the access to the lake and the catch and release fish. Lots to do on the property and around. Spent time in Athens and Logan. Next time we’d like to come when the poolIs open.

Our family enjoyed our time at this cabin. The kids loved the space available and when it rained they could each sneak off to a corner or the loft with an iPad or something. Kids enjoyed fishing, plenty of bluegill/sunfish and a few small bass. Kids stayed busy. The pots and pans in the kitchen are kind of garbage. We have found this to be pretty common and planned accordingly by bringing our own electric skillet, so not really an issue, but be prepared. Beds were okay, the plastic waterproof mattress cover is a little annoying but I understand why. One bed my child slept in had blood stains which I believe were concealed by a previous user and then made to look like the bed was undisturbed. My wife managed to clean them, but a little gross.Cabin is in need of a little TLC before small problems lead to bigger ones, rain gutters are not managing water properly, I don’t rate our stay any less of this, but it’s obvious they have been ignored, and with the amount of rain we had, this water is going back against the house and will lead to big problems later. Also, the overhang off the back room out the East door, has little vents in the soffit, a few are missing and a squirrel or something has taken residence in the roof. Recommend it to be evicted.Hot tub was used, but it is also in need of a little tlc. The cover is torn up pretty bad and has to be held down with rocks. There is always a gap between the two halves, so tree buds and stuff still make their way into it.

We wanted a fun place to take our son and his family for a short vacation, and the chalet was perfect! Everyone felt very comfortable, and the rustic feel of the cabin was great. We had a wonderful time at the pond, especially taking my grandson fishing for the first time. Overall, it was an awesome trip!

Rented this location as it had plenty of rooms for everyone. Large spacious rooms with clean and comfortable beds. Plenty of bathrooms. Enjoyed by all. No handle for stove 1st night was fixed next day, was informed at check in. No lighter for grill had to improvise to light, bought and left lighter for next guest. If in area again with large group would stay again.

The facilities were great with just a couple things. The rooms/beds allowed everyone in the group to have their own bed which was great. Restrooms were plentiful especially for all women. The pool, hot tub, outside setting, pond allowed us to enjoy being outside. We unfortunately were not able to use the pool table because the cues were missing tips and we had an issue with the oven door that was not resolved before we left. We all though would come back.
