Lake Front Luxury Pool Hot tub Movie Theater Gym

This was perfect for our large family gathering. Each couple/family was able to have their own space and the group with the younger kids thought the bunk room above the garage worked perfectly. There are enough unique features/decorations in the home we were even able to have a scavenger hunt one evening which was a blast. It was March so we didn't get to enjoy the beautiful pool or lake too much but one teenager did get out on a paddle board. There are a few things that have been fixed over the years I am sure that don't quite keep the standards up for the home. Such as caulk to fix grout lines. May not be noticeable to everyone but due to occupations, something many of our group noticed.

From the beginning of our reservation, the host was friendly, accommodating, and great at communicating.The property is simply stunning, with great amenities, all appliances, supplies, and space we could have asked for and more! Every detail makes you feel you are at your own vacation home. We will definitely be coming back!

House was amazing. Kristy was above and beyond accommodating. I would absolutely book this house again! Our entire family had a great time.Kristy also was very helpful w allowing us to check in early due to our kids needing to nap. She and her team were great to work with. I can't say enough positive things about Kristy and this house. It was perfect place for our family to celebrate.

Everyone really enjoyed the theater room at night for watching football or movies. The screened in porch was a great space to gather for family meals. And the kids had a great time on the inground trampoline!

This home was a dream from start to finish. I had a group of 30 and it was perfect. Everyone had a comfortable bed to sleep in and plenty of room to get around. The host was amazing and check in was seamless. The property itself was beautiful with fantastic views of sunrise and sunset on the lake. The pool and hot tub were immaculate.

We had an amazing stay at this lake house! The home was absolutely huge—plenty of space for all our friends and family to spread out comfortably. Every room was clean, cozy, and well-stocked with everything we needed.The lake was beautiful and clean, perfect for swimming, paddleboarding, and just relaxing by the water. The pool was a huge bonus, especially for the kids (and adults!) to enjoy during the day.We spent a lot of time in the spacious kitchen, which had everything we needed to cook big group meals. Between that, the comfortable bedrooms, and all the thoughtful amenities throughout the house, it truly felt like a home away from home.We made so many great memories and can’t wait to come back!

We were not able to swim in the pool until halfway thru our stay because they treated the pool to remove phosphate and it caused the pool to have phosphate silt all over it. The pool spa heater was not working right until the third day of our stay. The pin ball machine was broken and had to be repaired. The home theater system was not working right and my sons had to do a work around to make it work. The light over the range top was not working and many of the pots and pans were burned and disgusting. The access to the house is not good at all. The house has amazing potential but fell way short on maintenance. The pool was a big issue. We feel we should receive some compensation back fir the large number of issues.

The house and location is absolutely stunning! The Kristy Collection has truly outdone themselves. The house is stocked with so much fun for the family and our guest were beyond amazed of the experience they provided for us!

We recently stayed at the Kristy Collection property in Blue Ridge, Georgia, and it was nothing short of amazing. Our entire family had a wonderful time, and we created memories that we will cherish forever.The setting was absolutely perfect for a family gathering – our grandkids had a blast playing with their cousins, and the atmosphere truly encouraged bonding and fun for all ages. From the beautiful pool to the video games, pinball machines, pool table, and movie room – there was something for everyone to enjoy. Every detail in the home helped make our stay comfortable, relaxing, and full of laughter.One small suggestion for future guests would be to consider using unscented laundry detergent for the sheets and towels. A few of us have sensitivities to strong scents and needed to rewash them the first night, but it was a minor inconvenience and did not detract from the incredible experience we had.Thank you again for sharing your beautiful property with us – we would absolutely love to return!We hope we left everything in good shape!

This home, the host and the hospitality of this location was unforgettable. We had a range of family in the home from a 4 month old to a 70 year old and EVERYONE loved every moment of the stay.

It's amazing that 30 ppl can be in a home and not feel crowded! This home is perfect for family get togethers or couple's retreats; there is something for everyone. The view is immaculate and peaceful while the hot tub provides next level relaxation! The host was also super responsive to any and all requests. We loved the property location, the house, the decor of the house. So comfortable but not busy layout. I could sit for hours together and look out at the view. Awesome hot tube. So relaxing. Will come back.

This spectacular home was by far our favorite home we’ve rented for our family vacation. We are a gang of 14, age 7-64. The property offered so many fun areas with spectacular views. You will not find a better home or owner.

We try to do our annual business partner retreat at a property that has a sense of peace, calm, luxury and amenity so we can work a little, relax a little, and enjoy each others company.This property was perfect and the host was wonderfully nice and helpful the whole time.Highly recommend.

The property was exactly as stated. Everything was in working order when we arrived. The pool (we had heated) and hot tub were amazing for this time of year. We really liked that the house wasn’t over-decorated. We didn’t have to stress over something getting knocked off an end table and breaking. We would definitely stay again.

Everyone loved the place

I cannot say enough good things about this property, the property manager and our overall experience! This house is BEAUTIFUL and has all that you could need for your stay whether it is short or long. We had a large group and everyone had more than enough room, even when we all came together to eat or do something as a big group. We all agreed that we will be booking this house for our future trips!

There were so many activities for our family weekend. There were 20 of us ranging in age from 7 months to 70 yrs. Plenty of room to gather for meals and also lots of spaces for various activities. The kids especially enjoyed having their own space in the bunk room. The pool, hot tub and lake access on the dock made for a very fun afternoon.

This house is beautiful and complete with anything and everything your family/friends need. Plenty of space for a big group. Location right in front of the lake is great! Don’t think twice and book! A few things to keep in mind though: 1.) they call this a 10 bedroom, however one “bedroom” has no window, so legally, it cannot be called a bedroom, it was more like a big closet. 2.) the bedroom with no window desperately needs to get new mattresses. No adult would be able to sleep there comfortably. We ended up sleeping on the floor. 3.) the bedroom next to the master stayed uncomfortably warm our whole stay. I mentioned this to the manager, but did not hear back, so hopefully this will eventually get fixed. Other than that, perfect!

If you were looking for a house thats suitable for a wide range of ages with a big group, this is your spot. Every year we do an extended family vacation with our family of 18, and everyone agreed this was the best one yet. We rented a pontoon boat for five days, that was one of the highlights. The two-story dock was great and every afternoon everybody would swim around the dock and float. Large pool and hot tub great for all ages. We had it heated, I would recommend that. Lots of space for people to spread out. Once you’re at the house, you really don’t need to leave. That being said, the house is very secluded. We coordinated with a local chef for meal deliveries. The house manager Heather was extremely responsive. If there was any issue It was resolved immediately. Overall, a very memorable and positive experience. My advice, rent a pontoon boat, coordinate with Chef Eatz For meals, and sit back and relax and enjoy your vacation!
