Only 6min to I-95, 8min to Honeycutt entrance on Ft. Bragg, or 7-15min to central dining/shopping (Starbucks, Walmart, Applebees, etc.).

Surrounded by evergreen trees and quiet, this cozy home offers the perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and space to truly unwind. This home is an older house that has been lovingly updated on The Daniel Family Farm. It is a comfortable home with large, upgraded bathrooms. A King bedroom with ensuite bathroom sits privately on opposite sides of the house from a Queen bedroom and double Full bedroom. A cozy living room blends into a cozy dining area and then kitchen. The kitchen is filled with all the appliances/amenities needed for your home away from home. The laundry room is complete with a full capacity washer and dryer. This is a dog friendly house. Keypad guest entry is on the front door, with parking for 4 vehicles in front of the house as you pull into the driveway.



Backyard area for this farmhouse is fully fenced and dedicated to your stay.



There is a wheelchair ramp to the left side of the front porch. All rooms are on one level, making it ideal for guests who prefer to avoid stairs. The house includes extra-wide doors for easier access.

The house offers complete privacy, and includes a large outdoor space to enjoy. Please be respectful of the neighbors, they also enjoy the peace and quiet of being in the country.



The Neighborhood:

This home is situated on a 2.88 acre property. Your rental house is at the front of the property on a half-an-acre.



Neighboring homes are not visible thanks to the surrounding pine trees from the neighboring tree farm.



Other Things to Note:

PET POLICY:

-Dog friendly home. Upon request, guests may bring more than one dog, as long as they abide by the pet fee policy and communication with the host about additional pets on the property.

-Standard pet fee is charged automatically when you mark 1-2 pets.

-Emotional Support Animals must be disclosed before check-in.



HOUSE RULES:

- No smoking inside the home

- Be respectful of the neighbors

- No parties/large gatherings

- Dogs and people, please be respectful of the house and furniture

-Your private space includes .5acre: entire house, fenced yard, and outdoor side yard play area.

-Only 8 registered guests are permitted on the property at any time.

-Security cameras are located at the driveway and outside house entrances.



*There is a separate RV on the property with its own private parking space.

*Sandhills Mushroom Farm is located further down the driveway to the right. Appointments required; no drop-ins or customer sales at this location.

1) To confirm your reservation, a guest verification process and signed rental agreement are required prior to check-in. This is a standard security measure to protect both guests and the property. Details will be provided after booking.

If you wander to the back of the 2.88 acre property to walk on the trails you may see us from time to time. We respect your privacy so let you take the lead if you'd like to have company.

    The hosts were very accommodating and the communication was second to none. The property is older, but well maintained and has a lot of charm. I would recommend it to anyone looking to stay within the Fayetteville area.
