Stayed Mar 21, 2025This property was very nicely renovated. Great location. The only negative I have is the noise inside the unit. We were on the 2nd floor and could hear every foot step from the guests above us in the 3rd floor penthouse. This was extremely disturbing trying to sleep!

Stayed Dec 18, 2024This property has been beautifully renovated. Our suite (the Count Basie) was very comfortable. It was close to the downtown area so we were able to walk everywhere. We would definitely recommend staying here.

Stayed May 24, 2024We enjoyed our stay and would stay there again. Great location. Recommend repairing small roof leak over the balcony patio. Could not get dishwasher to work so unfortunately we left behind dirty dishes.

Stayed Apr 6, 2024Great location, right downtown yet a block or two away so it is quiet. Spacious and secure suites! Loved the balcony, how clean the property is, the shower is amazing, and the back door access to the downstairs trashcans. Loved Diablos Tacos and mezcaleria which was a 3 minute walk from our place. 55 minutes from Little Rock. Lastly, owners are very responsive to messages, inquires, and questions. My family of 2 children and my wife were in town for the eclipse, and we’ll be sure to choose this location again if we return to Hot Springs!!
