Gorgeous farmhouse with fire pit, deck, fireplace, hot tub, & game room

I loved it here! House was very nice, spacious, and well equipped with everything you need. Also close to a lot of places to eat, shop, and ski resorts!

This house worked perfectly for our family of 13 and enough space for parking.

This home is absolutely perfect. My group loved everything about it. The rooms are perfect, the downstairs was a dream for the kids and the location was good. It was super clean, which i really appreciated. There is a sweet husky that may come around!! Dealing with Vacasa was less than fun and I don’t appreciate that the listing is not quite accurate for the sleeping arrangements. It says there are two sofa beds. It’s extra annoying because, I messaged Vacasa and was told that the house did have them. It put me in a bit of a bind for the kids sleeping arrangements. It takes just a couple minutes to update that there are no longer sofa beds on the property. Overall the home is wonderful and I would definitely recommended staying there with your group.

Plenty of room for all the kids!! Location was close enough to town to get things but quiet :-). We did forget our soccer ball and net but that is on us lol. Enjoyed our stay!! Kitchen was well stocked with all types of cookware which was lovely!!

This property is extremely spacious and accommodating for large groups although we did have some issues with cleanliness around the house most specifically with the plates and silverware, otherwise the stay was very peaceful. What was extremely disappointing was the property management.

We had a fantastic stay at this spacious house, perfect for our large family group! It was very clean and well-equipped, providing everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The pool table, jacuzzi, and foosball added a lot of fun to our time together. We gave the newlyweds the king suite with the amazing bathroom and I was jealous! The wraparound porch was fantastic and I love the back yard view. I noted some sleds and an amazing sledding hill, so we’d love to return for a winter trip! Vacasa was a pleasure to work with, quickly addressing a few minor issues (our pet sitting accidentally locked us out and we had a power outage in the area and they quickly came out to make sure it wasn’t a house issue and looked into the eta on restoration). Highly recommend for a large group looking for a great place to stay! Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us!

Beautiful,spacious house with a fabulous kitchen. Wonderful for a large group as we had 13. The kids loved the game room and everyone enjoyed the fire pit. Great porches and parking. Highly recommend this house. We will return!

This was a wonderful home for a two family vacation! The location was beautiful and everything about it seemed to be almost perfect for our needs. We had some minor unresolved issues with Vacasa but would definitely want to stay here again. If you have 16 people the description we saw says that it sleeps 16 but their apparently is now no futon or hideaway bed as described before. It now has sleeping for fourteen, as long as two people don’t mind sleeping in a double bed.

This cabin it’s amazing! The location just 7 min to banner elk downtown and 10 minutes to sugar mountain.

The drive to the venue was beautiful, the venue was clean, spacious, and decorated to fulfill our needs for a wonderful Christmas. Overall the condition of the home was very good, but due to having 2 family members with back issues, a couple of things came to mind as helpful additions. The bathroom next to the main floor bedroom needs to have some handrails to help a person get in and out of the bathtub/shower safely. Or perhaps the tub unit should be replaced with a walk-in shower. The kitchen was well stocked with cooking utensils and appliances, and there were plenty of settings of china and silverware. The grandchildren loved the downstairs and claimed it for their own space which gave the adults in the party to have their time. Unfortunately, it rained over half of our stay, so other that taking some walks and a bit of amateur skiing, venturing out of the house was at a minimum. We do thank you for helping us fulfill one of my husband's last wishes in such a wonderful place.
