Stayed Mar 25, 2026This was our second visit and the property was as wonderful as we had remembered. Our host was most helpful in suggesting good places to visit. Close to Eastbourne and all it has to offer. 2 double rooms, both very comfy. Would stay for a third time!

Stayed Dec 23, 2025We were met with a warm welcome from Tim and shown to the holiday lodge . Photographs do not do justice to an excellent layout with all the home comforts you need . Not only was the lodge beautifully warm ( we were staying over Christmas ) but Tim and Julie went to the trouble of putting up a Christmas tree and making the lounge very seasonal. Great hosts and a great stay , we will be back..

Tim, our host, was extremely welcoming and very accommodating.I'd highly recommend this to anybody wanting a break away in Eastbourne.

Stayed Mar 23, 2025Property situated in owners garden but totally private and not overlooked. We were warmly greeted by Tim, then entered lodge to find a wonderful welcome pack -milk, biscuits, bread to name but some. The lodge was bright, immaculately clean and extremely comfortable.Lovely area to explore.

Stayed Nov 15, 2024The property is very tidy, and kitted out to a decent specification. The property manager has included thoughtful extras such as milk in the fridge, cereal, biscuits, coffee pods, bread etc. It was all very homely and we would happily stay there again if we have occasion to do so.
