Stayed Jul 31, 2024This was my second time to stay is this beautiful home. Well decorated inside and well supplied with everything one would need for a short or extended stay. Major improvements since my first stay including a renovated master bath and motion activated lights outdoors which help when taking a pet outside at night. By far the nicest home I have stayed in and hope to be coming back for years to come.

Stayed Sep 12, 2023We love Casa Sandia Peak! Beverly is a wonderful host and checked in more than once to see if we needed anything. The view is spectacular! The wildlife is amazing (hummingbirds, deer, quail, road runners). The kitchen had everything we needed for a family dinner and morning coffee in the swing is not to be missed! It’s incredibly quiet and peaceful and still close to town.

Stayed Mar 1, 2023We were greeted upon arrival by our awesome hosts, Beverly & Phil, with delicious snacks, jalapeño margaritas and other local goodies. Beverly showed us how things work in the house as well as area information and recommendations. Casa Sandia Peak is a comfortable home with all the amenities and breath taking views. The location on the arroyo is quiet and private. There are plenty of places to walk right out the back or front door, perfect if your dog has accompanied you. We felt so at home here it was hard to leave. We definitely plan to come back to this wonderful place!

Stayed Feb 18, 2023This is a beautiful home with everything we needed for a fun and relaxing stay. We took several walks and runs up the arroyo into the mountains right from the back door. Beverly and Phil were great hosts and provided lots of information about things to do and places to see, and made sure we had everything we needed. Thanks!
