Stayed Jul 19, 2025Our 2nd family vacation at this property. Absolutely perfect for us-11 people for the week. Beautiful and comfortable house on an amazing country property. So much to do - we had 4 wheelers, ebikes, campfires to end the days roasting samores. Water Safari, Southwick Beach State Park, Booneville Fair, Thompson Park & Zoo, Old McDonald's Farm, Boldt Castle and go-carts. So much to do - incredible week!! Thank you!

Stayed Jul 20, 2024Absolutely wonderful, private location. The house exactly as pictured and perfect for our family vacation. Atv, bicycle rides, swimming, animal farm, 1,000 Islands! Water safari and time together and nights at the firepit. Perfect for all ages. Quick response from John when needed. Thank you for a wonderful vacation. Highly recommend!

Stayed May 14, 2024Second time staying here. The amenities in the house are fantastic. The porch is a great end of day gathering spot to talk about the day’s activities. Lovely sunrises. We really like this place!

Stayed Sep 21, 2023If you like a farmhouse setting this is the place. Easy to get to. Sleeping was extremely comfortable.Great for a large group.large living room with plenty of seating.the dining table sat 10 people.
