Overall the size of the space is what won us over, it was convenient having the whole family under one roof. The table was nice and long with plenty of seating. Con: For the cost of the cleaning fee I wish it were cleaner than it was when we got there. We definitely put in some elbow grease cleaning the inside of the fridge and some of the mystery splatters on the walls. We left the residence in a better condition than it was given to us.I would suggest bringing a HDMI cord and laptop to hook up to the projector, the roku seems like it needs replacing (it glitches). Pro: the game room was a cool area, theres was a lot to do in there.Con: game room smelled like mildew and dirty mop water (assuming this was due to the water drying on the floor when we got there and all windows being closed, mop head also needs cleaning). The hornets nests in the sliding doors made it difficult to air the room out.Pro: plenty of parking space, we fit 6 cars and were still able to use the basketball hoop.

Our group had a great time at the lodge, ample accommodations for everybody, Labor Day weekend’s mild summer weather made an enjoyable stay.

We booked this house because it allowed large groups and events. We had 25 people, majority of teenagers for our church summer camp. Worked great. Large kitchen and dining area for everyone. Large area downstairs for games and meetings. Bathrooms: I looked for details in all reviewa and didn't find it. 2 half baths with toilet and sink. 1 full bath (shower /toilet) in the master bedroom.1 large shower room with 3 showers and 2 toilets and 2 urinals. Lots of beds. No AC - owner provides lots of fans. No linens. Bring own. Including dish towelsNo dishwasher. Bring paper products unless you want to wash large groups dishes. Needs more coffee mugs.Right in front of cal trans property, lots of cal trans traffic. Overall. Great stay. Perfect for a bunch of teens. We had loud worship music and never bothered anyone. Tons of parking. Need cell service to contact owner. Att does not work there. Verizon does.

Nice big lodge for large group to stay together. There is lots of maintenance and updates that should happen. The couches are in rough shape, the AV system is a mess (we had to bring our own cords to make it work), the kitchen is big but the appliances and supplies are hit or miss (big fridge didn't work, one microwave was broken, one toaster broken, knobs on griddle will burn you). If you go in knowing what you're getting you can have a blast.

We’ve stayed here many times and it’s always wonderful. Great location, plenty of space. Tons of fun for everyone!

This is our second time stay here, enough space for our party of 22. Enjoy the big kitchen and multiple rooms. The living room sofa needs some serious upgrades as well as the game room.

This was our second year having our annual Family Reunion here because we were so impressed last year. The rental has plenty of room for kids to play, family to gather, kitchen to host entire family meals, private bedrooms with plenty of beds, and an overall perfect place for large groups. The location is convenient for daytime traveling to one of the nearby lakes for hanging out in the water or boat outings. We can't wait to stay here again. We appreciate the great communication with the owner and the ease of booking.

We absolutely enjoyed our stay! The lodge was spacious and accommodated our large group. The kids spent a lot of time together and enjoyed the game room. Kitchen was a plus with lots of refrigerators! Lots of great memories made cooking in the kitchen. It would be nice if contract could be sent sooner. We didn’t receive until the day before check in and some of us were already away from home and couldn’t prepare items that were on the list to bring. Communication was a bit slow, but was prompt on the day of check in and during our stay! :) Overall, this place was perfect for our large gathering! We definitely recommend this property to anyone looking for a place for their next large group gathering!

Second time renting here, we came back we liked it so much! Great for big groups. Huge kitchen, great game room downstairs! Easy spot to stay, very relaxing.
