Tranquil! Amazing! Immaculate! Unique! Downtown! 10 stars! Dock your boat!!

So comfortable! Loved the outdoor covered deck.

I rarely give full five star ratings or return multiple times, but the Houseboats of Seville are that place. This is my third time to stay at one of the houseboats. Perfect location if you want to walk the Historic Pensacola downtown area. Easy drive over the bridge to the beaches. The houseboats are clean, fresh and comfortable. Always sweet surprise treats and coffee available. Dolphins will swim by for a visit sometimes at high-tide. Boat owners at the marina are always friendly. I really enjoy it and the team that manages/cleans them are the best. I have one houseboat left that I haven't booked and plan to stay at that one next time. Then I will start again at each one. Love, love, love.

We have stayed in many VRBO vacation rentals. This booking was among our favorite. 5 stars for the cleaning service-the houseboat was immaculate. The setting at the marina was incredible and the location/walking distance to historic area was ideal. Thank you for such a well kept property. We'd love to return!

This was our 2nd time visiting Decked Out, a super charming spot in Pensacola. This would be an amazing spot for boaters as they have available dock space - which is something we very much look forward to doing in the future!

The houseboat was excellent. Even during the Winter storm of the year, it was comfortable. The host went out of their way to welcome me for my birthday weekend. What an experience! Will do again!

The atmosphere and scenery are fantastic! If you bring a boat, being able to dock it there is so convenient. Be sure eat at The Fish House!!!

It was GREAT. The unit was very clean and we really enjoyed walking out the door getting in the boat, water to wash boat after trip. We will be back.

Was perfect for our boating vacation. Slip accommodations, trailer storage and convenient by land and water. The staff was very helpful and quick to address issues and/or questions. Clean, well maintained and furnished for a comfortable stay.

Awesome property! Very comfortable and well appointed. We ate at both restaurants at marina and they were excellent, we also took the boat to Jacobs Bayfront Grille and it was great also!

Had a family reunion and one family stayed here. This place was the envy of all the others. Great location, nice layout, well stocked kitchen and the perfect place to watch the 4th of July fireworks show. We will definitely reserve this place again when company comes to town.

My family loved it! Our two boys (13 & 14) spent so much time fishing from the dock. We were able to park our boat right next to our house so that was nice! We actually loaded our luggage onto the boat before launching at the boat ramp and we all agree that was a good call. The Dockmaster was so friendly and helpful and Stacy was sweet as can be to our boys. We were very well taken care of and we are already planning our next visit. 10/10

Anyone looking for a beautiful secluded soot to stay in needs to go here. I have stayed twice and will stay again!

We spent 3 days on Pensacola Beach for our wedding. After our 24 guests left we spent 3 day in the peace and quiet of Seville Harbor. The houseboat could not have been more perfect for enjoying the quiet after the crowds of the beach. We look forward to returning.

This was our 2stay. The place is so fun Clean, located close to everything. The staff is outstanding. We are planning another stay there. I would give 10 stars if I could

Unique stay and a comfortable place. It was great to be right on the water. There was a wind and stormy advisory while we were there but the pace held up very well. Great getaway and close to concerts, downtown and restaurants.

We came as a group of friends and rented all 4 houseboats. Had a wonderful time— this is second time in this houseboat for us. Highly recommend this rental!

This was a perfect spot for my husband and I to visit our son who is in the Navy. The extra bedroom was perfect for him when he stayed with us for a couple nights. The place was really clean and had everything we needed. My only complaint was the bed was really creaky. Every time we shifted in the bed it would make a loud noise. Regardless we absolutely loved staying here.

The boathouse we stayed in was a delight. Simple, clean and had everything we needed. Full stocked kitchen, appliances. Great heat/ AC system in each room. Loved making tea in the morning and sitting in the chairs outside overlooking the water. A welcome break from standard hotel rooms. Management was very responsive and gracious. Felt very safe. Can’t wait to come back!

The location is great and the house was sparkling clean. The house was nicely decorated and comfortable. There was a basket of snacks provided and coffee pods as well. All appliances worked and the kitchen was well supplied for small meals. I had often wondered what it would be like staying on a houseboat and found it fulfilling and hard to leave. This property was one of the most unique places we’ve stayed and it did NOT disappoint! We loved being right on the water but if you have small children you may want to reconsider. Coffee in the mornings was so peaceful on our porch, and the evenings were equally as nice. There was even a friendly heron that paid us a visit a few times during our stay. The house was immaculate with comfy beds and plenty of towels and bedding. I thought being on an active dock with a restaurant close by might be an issue as far as light and noise but that was not the case at all. We loved our stay and will definitely be back.

We stayed for a weekend. Went to watch the Blue Angels fly then over to the arts festival. Great location! Property was as descibed. Will definitely stay again!! .

We really enjoyed our stay here,this is about our third time staying here and it's just as nice as it was before.It was our anniversary and they made us feel so special, thank you all! I travel for work and am incredibly picky when it comes to cleanliness. I always use that filter option in VRBO. This is one of the cleanest places I’ve ever stayed. My kids had a blast and loved staying on the water. It was a lot of fun and we will be back. It is a wonderful alternative to the same old house or condo. The location was great and we will do it again.

Excellent, fun place to stay in downtown Pensacola. Very unusual to actually stay on the water. We were greeted when we got there and before we left. Stacey was so nice and took great care of us. We will definitely be back.

The houseboats were great. Very clean and just as advertised. No surprises; everything worked well and we had no issues. Location of the marina is great for going downtown or Pensacola Beach. Excellent communication with the management team!
