The place was not cleaned when we arrived 3 hrs after check in time. I did find some bedding to make up the beds but no towels. But did get ahold of them and they sent someone out the next morning. Other than that loved the stay and property was as they advertised.

Very clean, excellent location in harbor, would definitely come back. My boat is 26’ and fit perfect tied up to house.

This property is conveniently located in the marina. It’s a short walk down the dock to the restaurant, bar, and marina. All of our guides knew where the houseboat was located and were able to dock right by the door. It’s a houseboat in a marina… it serves the purpose as a close, convenient place to stay. The houseboat is older, like all the others, and has some quirks. It served our group fine.

Close place to stay to the marina. This was very handy

Friend and I came into town for a day of fishing and a day to relax. The beds were comfortable, the recliners perfect and the rocking chairs on the front deck were just what we needed to unwind from our day of fishing. The location was perfect, easy to get to and the nearby restaurant was within easy walking distance.

This is a great houseboat for a few friends to get together. Everything was as listed.

Overall satisfied with the lodging, good value. A/C worked, clean linens, ice machine was very nice to have, grill was clean. The one downside was the kitchen did have some ants.

Great location and plenty of room for the family! It had everything we needed for our short fishing stay - ice machine was fabulous, fishing off the dock, crab pots, and areas to clean fish. The owners were great and made sure we had everything.

Didn’t see the code on the one communication that was to invite other to join your invite. No phone service there and no Wi-Fi , had to drive back a mile from Venice to get enough service to check my emails to find a code to get in. Thank goodness the wife of my friend had saved the invitation cause I couldn’t contact Merritt or VRBO . Almost had to rent another property for the first night. Only one barstool if you wanted to eat at the small table.

We had a group of 6 stay over a weekend. While a little tight for a group our size it was very fairly priced and convenient for our guides. They were able to pick us up at the dock which cuts down on time spent on the water. Other than a little snug the outside grill needs little work. I’m pretty sure it doesn’t get cleaned very often
