Welcome to Seaside Escape, where relaxation meets waterfront charm! As you arrive, take a moment to soak in the beauty of your ownprivate rooftop deck . Sit back, watch the sun dance on the water during sunrise and sunset, and observe the playful antics of dolphins, native birds, and gentle manatees cruising through the canal.



Inside, you're welcomed by a comfy queen-size bed in the studio style layout, promising nights of peaceful slumber. The bathroom is your personal oasis, featuring a refreshing walk-in shower. The small kitchen area is the perfect size e to whip up a meal. Enjoy your culinary creation on the back deck, as you relax by the water.



Head up to the top deck and let nature's beauty surround you. With plenty of seating, everyone can take in the mesmerizing views of sunrises, sunsets, and even catch a glimpse of rocket launches from the marina.

Cape Crossing is a waterfront “island” style resort located on Merritt Island, Florida where vacationers and corporate travelers are able to enjoy a fun-filled Florida adventure with all the comforts of home. The marina is not part of the resort, so there is no access to the resort's pool or clubhouse.

Dolphins Waterfront Bar & Grill at Cape Crossing is open and is is the largest tiki bar and restaurant on Florida’s Space Coast. With a Florida fresh theme with a Polynesian twist it is the perfect place to relax and get a bite to eat!



Kayaks, paddle boards, and pontoon rentals and boat slips are available, at Cape Crossing Resort and Marina, for exploring the rivers, canals, or many of its tributaries for a relaxing afternoon paddle.
