Very small. Adequate for one person but I'd hate to have to share with anyone, no matter how well you know them. The bathroom area is basically part of the entire room, with only a partial wall separating the space. Accessing the boat was challenging. You step from the dock across 12+ of open water to the boat. Not too bad, but you don't step straight across, you step over and down 12+, and you step on to a stair tread, the narrow end of a stair tread. Finding the resort and the boat itself was easy. Communication with the host was also easy and fast

The boat and room were exactly as described, and the pictures were spot on. We had a wonderful stay—our hosts were responsive and attentive to every request. The area is beautiful and perfect for a single guest or a couple. We even saw dolphins from the boat and enjoyed watching so many birds. Highly recommend!

Great experience, very quiet, only issue is limited parking, reserved space was in use until I asked them to move. No fault of the host.

We had a great stay on the Seaside Escape! It was a rainy weekend so we couldn't really enjoy everything like we wanted but the boat is cozy, the bed was comfortable and we had everything we needed!

The houseboat is very cute and clean. Comfortable bed, small shower with excellent water flow for a boat, standard (non-marine) toilet all made the logistics of being on a boat easy. Property manager was onsite and showed up lightning fast with more coffee pods. The marina is about 50 yards from a very busy highway and traffic noise is a constant.

Super fun idea! Be aware of a few drawbacks. The toilet is near the entrance door with no door or partition. There is a public toilet nearby, but was locked. If we had access to that our stay would have been near perfect. I was aware of the toilet issue from another review, but didnt plan to have belly issues while there. There is noise from the freeway. Check in and out are tighter than typical. Price is right. Would be great for a launch id think!

The overall stay was good. The inside was small but very welcoming, the only issue I had was the toilet had no door to it. The deck was great to sit and watch the fireworks. The dolphins restaurant is probably only a block away walkable.
