Stayed Apr 10, 2026Kim was incredibly friendly, welcoming, helpful and accommodating. The place was immaculate and offer everything we needed close to downtown. I’d definitely recommend a stay on this houseboat on the TN river!

Stayed Mar 13, 2026We had a wonderful experience here. It was beautiful, peaceful, clean, and comfortable. The houseboat had everything we needed and then some. And our hosts were so friendly, as was everyone else we met in this city. 10/10 recommend.
