The property has a large bathroom offering plenty of space and comes with a large water heater to insure there is enough hot water for all guests after a long day of fishing. With central air conditioning to keep things comfortable, there is also ample living room and exterior space to unwind. The houseboat is 52' long with a wrap-around exterior deck that provides plenty ofdock space for large boats. An on-site 500/lb. per day ice machine provides plenty of ice to stock your boat and ice chests. Clean and filet your fish using the fish cleaning table and fresh water provided on the exterior deck. There is also an outdoor propane grill. The houseboat is located close to the parking lot of Dock B and is the second one on the dock. Extremely easy to access without having to haul all of your gear and supplies too far.
