Fantastic boat stay. This is the second time we’ve stayed with Patrick and it’s been our favorite so far. Boat is immaculate and roomy for two. We really love the location as there’s always something going on at the marina or downtown. Within walking distance to whatever you need. It’s also very reasonable to stay here versus a hotel. One of our favorite places!!!

The boat was nice and the harbor was beautiful but the boat was very small. My husband and l felt cramped and we couldn’t see how this boat could sleep 5 or 6 comfortably. No shower on the boat itself and no going number two in the boat toilet was alittle bit of a bummer. We ended our stay early. It was our first time on a boat like this and wasn’t quite what we hoped for. But it was well kept and clean.

I thought that staying on a boat would be a unique experience. It’s really like camping. So, if you are a person that likes camping, this could be enjoyable. For us, we found the space was much smaller than described. It says 6 people but I don’t know how that could happen. We barely had room for our 2 bags. The beds are not queen or doubles. Also, the description for bathroom included shower. But the shower was near the pool area not on the boat. The shower turned out to be nice. The location was good for the 4th celebration.

We enjoyed the two nights on the boat. The marina was very nice. The Reef Point restaurant was just a few steps away from the boat. Food was very good and the poolWas very nice. Patrick was always quick to answer any questions we might have had. Thanks Joey and Leslie

My husband & I loved the idea of staying on a boat and were very excited about the stay, however, this boat was disappointing. Upon arrival, we discovered we had to shower in the marina restroom and were told to only do #2 in those restrooms as well. There was no running water until we got the pump breaker tripped. Even then, there was no hot water and the cold water that came out smelled AWFUL with a chemical-like smell. To wash my face I had to use the marina bathroom with warm, automatic faucets. We woke in the night to find the floor of the small bathroom flooded. There are overused outlets everywhere with extention cords strung about, causing a great risk of fire. The upstairs area was a zipped up andcdespite the puctures showing people lounging outside in the sun, we were told not to remove the plastic cover. The coffee mugs had stains on them as if theyd been rinsed. But not washed... the location of this boat is very cool, but the boat itself is uninhabitable in our opinion. We have owned several boats and are adventurous types, so this review is not given lightly. The owners were responsive and did give us a partial refund for the nights after we left for a hotel.

It was my first time staying on a boat.It was narrower than I thought and the bathroom was uncomfortable...But it was such a great experience. If the weather was good and I had more time, it would have been an even better experience.

We stayed for two nights at the house boat. The host communicated very efficiently and was nice. Even though the boat is small, it was cozy and we never felt cramped. We loved the amenities that are included in the marina. Walking distance from downtown so there was plenty to do. Would stay here again.

Great marina. Great staff, pool, hot tubs and bar. The restaurant staff are amazing! Food is great! The boat was VERY comfy and roomy. Bed was large enough for two with warm blankets. A/C kept up with the weather we had. Thanks again for the experience and hopefully we will see you in 2025!

We stayed for two nights. The marina is beautiful and quiet and clean. The boat was perfect for the two of us. Watching the stars from the bedroom hatch and upstairs was memorable. Lots of great places to eat! The marina store is a great place for snacks and drinks. I would recommend and I would stay again!

Adorable little boat and property with great facilities! The hosts were very hands on and helpful. It was a boat and it rained on and off during our stay, so things were damp, but that comes with the territory. If you're not used to boats or camping, this might not be for you, but it was a perfect fit for me and my husband and the price point was very fair considering the marina amenities. We came in mid-May so it was chilly for the pool, but the hot tub was amazing. Be aware, there's a button on a pedestal near the hot tub if you want to turn on the jets. There were no signs indicating this anywhere, so we didn't figure it out until our second day, haha. Like any other campsites, you may sometimes deal with noise from neighbors, and sound carries across water. If you're a light sleeper with an early bedtime, bring a noise machine, headphones, or ear plugs. There are a surprising number of outlets on the boat. The fridge was the perfect size for the stuff we brought to grill, some iced coffee for the morning, and a few beers. There is a good number of outdoor gas grills to choose from and tons of walkable restaurants nearby. The bathroom facilities are immaculate, ample, and conveniently located. When it rained outside, we watched board games and watched movies at the kitchenette and it was like being in a rustic little cabin. All in all, it was a memorable and romantic trip, and a very nice change of pace from standard home rentals and KOA camping!

Sleeping on the boat was cozy and comfortable and fun. We had a great time sitting on the stern watching the sunset.
