Houseboat Located In Venice Marina

Houseboat was spotless and cimfy

We enjoyed our stay and the Marina restaurant in walking distance was awesome. Only downside the back porch doesn’t have good lighting to clean fish at night but we made due.

Didn’t like the NOISY air conditioner in the big bedroom! Liked nice clean sheets!

Felt right @ home staying @ this houseboat for our trip to Venice .

If you are fishing out of Venice Marina this is a great home base. Will sleep 6 comfortably. Big ice machine is a nice addition if your fishing.

It was an overall great experience. We had some issues with the WiFi. We also had an issue with the water the last day, but other than that everything went great. The beds slept well and the air conditioning worked great. Over all, a great stay

Perfect location for lodging if you are fishing with one of the guide services or towing your own boat.

All good but needs newchairs for guest to sit in porch area ! Current chairs rusty not usable !

This is directly in the Venice marina so super convenient for parking and dinner as well as taking a charter.

The houseboat is everything it should be at a marina. Only trouble was the host saying we damaged a mattress but the mattress he sent me pictures of was not in the house we stayed in. Hopefully he got it figured out but still have not gotten an apology.

This Houseboat was extremely convenient and close to the marina. The boat picked us up from our front porch. The owner is very helpful and friendly. Couldn’t ask for more for the price. Will stay again next year.

Clean and easily accessible from the water. Ample room for 6 adult males to sleep comfortably. We really enjoyed having the ice machine on the dock. We had our own ice bags so loading the boat in the morning before our trip offshore was quick and quiet. We loaded bags the night before and placed them in the deep freezer, and then we loaded those into the fish boxes in the morning. I can confidently say we didnt disturb any of the neighbors with noise since we headed out at 4:15am.

This houseboat was perfect for my trip. Very comfortable and clean. Everything worked. Easy access from launch and good dock area to tie the boat up. Highly recommend.

Fun for teenagers and convenient location to park the boat. Really enjoyed the area and it was very easy to just take off in morning.

A fish camp at venice marina as promised! We had epic fishing and a place to stay on the water within walking distance of crawgators and the charters we took those days we fished. Ice machine was a nice toucj for keeping our coolers filled.

Clean stocked and comfortable property!

Good location with a place to tie up our boat. It was nice to hop on the boat and go fishing and an ice machine and cleaning table makes it very fisherman friendly. No issues with the home. Only suggestion is to have a cart available for dragging gear from vehicles as it is a bit of a haul.

Good location and nice interior but the mold was really bad in the bedrooms and present throughout and when you use hot water the roof leaks in the livingroom

Always clean, always ready (often early), has all the necessities. This is one of my go-to listings, and is often available for my random short notice day or two jumps down to Venice.

No wash cloths and roof was leaking sofa was wet and water was dripping on bar also

A nice clean place at the Venice Marina. Worked well. My fishing guide picked me up at the back door. He actually asked to see the place because he provides suggestions and he said it was one of the nicer ones.
