Great houseboat rental located in Venice Marina. One of only a few houseboats that's docked right against the parking lot. No need to haul gear up and down the docks, you can literally drive right to the houseboat. Sleeps 9 easily. We have room for 3 boats to dock as well.

Stayed Nov 23, 2024Property was not cleaned upon arrival. Owner said he would credit us $100 and never did. Also, entrance onto boat was very unsafe.

Stayed Nov 8, 2024The unit overall was OK. The owner just took ownership and has plans to do some needed improvements to home. The parking lot access is great.

Stayed May 3, 2024Pillows could be replaced. Also spider webs could be knocked down if there is a cleaning fee attached to the rate that is already paid. Handrail outside is very loose could be a hazard for future stays.
