Everything you need for a comfortable stay right in the middle of the best fishing and hunting in the world. Located on 'B' dock at the Venice Marina. The houseboat has space to tie up your boat(s) to the front and side of the houseboat. The houseboat can sleep 6 comfortably. The sleeping situation is comprised of 2 full bunk beds with a single on top and bottom, 1 top bunk bed with a single at top and a futon underneath. There is 1 bathroom with a vanity and stand-up shower.

Stayed Mar 13, 2025Unit isn’t anything fancy, but adequate for a quick stay. Spent 3 nights for a fishing trip. Plenty of linens, clean bedding, plenty of dishes. Could use some deep cleaning and updating, but so does the entire resort. Porch wasn't the best to enjoy the outdoors, screen missing in the door but looks like they are in the middle of repairs and tv in bedroom didn't work. We would return. .

Stayed Oct 27, 2024Adequate property but not excellent. There was a hole in the ceiling, a continuously dripping faucet, a dirty mug in the cabinet and mismatched towels and dishes. I expected more but it did suffice for the purpose of being on the water and ready to start fishing early each day.

Stayed Aug 16, 2024The property was as expected and served our weekend trip well, there was only 2 of us so plenty of room. The “master” bed wasn’t made upon arrival but didn’t matter as we used other beds instead. Lots of things onsite to help with your time there and fishing captain picked us up right off the back porch. Not too far of walk from marina. Would recommend for smaller groups under 4.
