Everything you need for a comfortable stay right in the middle of the best fishing and hunting in the world. Located on 'B' dock at the Venice Marina. The houseboat has space to tie up your boat(s) to the front and side of the houseboat. The houseboat can sleep 6 comfortably. The sleeping situation is comprised of 2 full bunk beds with a single on top and bottom, 1 top bunk bed with a single at top and a futon underneath. There is 1 bathroom with a vanity and stand-up shower.

Stayed May 20, 2026There was coffee still in the coffee pot, the ladder to the upper bunk in one of the bedrooms was thin metal and impossible to climb so I slept on the couch that was underneath the bunk bed in the living area. There were NO chairs on the front porch, just a wooden bench. The worst part was the walkway into the cottage that looked like a huge cheese grater!! After warning everyone to be careful on it I tripped and cut my great toe, and the thing bled like crazy!! After 16 days it's still hard to walk on that foot. One more thing, the barn door on the bathroom had a gap about 2 inches so anyone can see what you're doing in there! Luckily we were only there 2 days!

Stayed Mar 21, 2026We loved the location. Our charter captain picked us up from the back dock of the houseboat. We had all the linens we needed. The only thing that was hard was to fall asleep at times because the exits signs were so bright, but I figured that was safety regulation- so no biggie. Thank you.

Stayed Mar 13, 2025Unit isn’t anything fancy, but adequate for a quick stay. Spent 3 nights for a fishing trip. Plenty of linens, clean bedding, plenty of dishes. Could use some deep cleaning and updating, but so does the entire resort. Porch wasn't the best to enjoy the outdoors, screen missing in the door but looks like they are in the middle of repairs and tv in bedroom didn't work. We would return. .

Stayed Oct 27, 2024Adequate property but not excellent. There was a hole in the ceiling, a continuously dripping faucet, a dirty mug in the cabinet and mismatched towels and dishes. I expected more but it did suffice for the purpose of being on the water and ready to start fishing early each day.
