Houseboat at Venice Marina (Front Row View) w/ Ice Machine

Great place at a reasonable cost. Would definitely book again.

Boathouse was great!

Came in on Sunday for a week fishing trip we do every year. First time staying on house boat in Venice Marina but won’t be the last. Property was clean and comfy with instant hot water and nice beds. Docking the boat up to the front of the house made leaving and returning from fishing an excellent experience and the filet table out back was great as well. The only negative was that the ice machine was gone as the owner had taken it for repairs Called the owner about the ice machine and he immediately stepped up and said he would reimburse me for all my ice which he did by Zelle after we checked out. Overall a great stay and we will be back next year.

A/C worked good. Refrigerator had not been cleaned. Had to get Vrbo to connect the host to get check in information. Didn't get it until almost 5 o'clock. It was suppose to have a ice machine and it did not. Would not rent again.

Host was non responsive. Details on how to gain access was sent very last minute and then no more communication at all. The listing showed an icemaker, washer and dryer, grill among other things, there is no ice maker at all. We spent well over 150 in ice over the course of our stay. The washer and dryer seemed to not be functional as parts were missing. The grill is a rusty mess we didn’t even attempt to use. The AC in the front area worked well but the bedroom stayed hot and it wasn’t even that hot outside. There were 3 of us and the inside was comfortable for the amount of people we had. The place needed a good cleaning but for a guys fishing trip was ok. The location was good, on the outside of the houseboats. It’s a hike to the boat house but we just put all our stuff in our boat and pulled up to the front door.

First off there was no ice machine which was a main reason for selecting this property to rent. Then there was faulty wiring that was throwing sparks.

We enjoyed our stay. The boathouse was clean and had everything you would need. Easy access to marina and great red snapper fishing. We will definitely come back.

It was ok wish the ice machine worked. Other than that it wasnt bad. Ok for a couple guys.

House was clean and well maintained. Very convenient to the marina and fishing guides. Mattresses were comfortable. Interior was nice and uodated. It would be an asset to put some chairs on the back deck and get the ice machine working.have some folding chairstion is to have

Overall houseboat is okay. Ice machine has been broken for awhile. Dock cart for hauling your gear has 4 flat tire and is useless . Otherwise decent place to stay and affordable priced. It’s a pretty small space but does have two bathrooms !

It was a great place and location! Our second time booking here and it won’t be the last! The owner was very responsive and I recommend this for anyone wanting a good rental and cold ac!

enjoyed staying at this property while in venice to go fishing.

Spent 4 nights with my two friends. Lodge was very clean. Kitchen had all the amenities. No table to eat on but we had plenty of TV trays. Our fishing guide picked us up right at the front door. Will definitely stay here again.

Place was very good for a nice fishing trip. Had a couple issues, the cleaner forgot to come by the day before, but the owner fixed that quickly and the cart to carry all your things to and from the car had flat tires. Overall a good pick for our trip.
