houseboat is the second one on the dock, close to the parking lot. Very easy to get to without packing all of your gear too far. Houseboat has a nice front porch, nice full kitchen, comfortable living room with big dish TV, two bedrooms with bunks, full bath, and washer/dryer. Will sleep 6 easily. Plenty of space to park your duck boats in the front or the rear, and your longer offshore boats along the side. Houseboat is 52 foot long. Or have your guide pick you up!

Stayed Aug 1, 2025Houseboat sit too low from the dock walkway at low tide and it’s kind of hazardous at checking in time. No water hoses to clean your catches. No wheel cart to move your belongings and coolers to unloading area even though it’s a short distance. Walk way has soft spots/holes that prove to be hazardous too. Cold AC, nice interior settings. Pretty old beaten towels are my summary.

Stayed Jun 26, 2025Last year we stayed here and the whole house was leaning really badly...but otherwise it was ok.This year, the Wifi was there, but pretty much unusable. The ice machine wasn't working and the grill was out of propane. I would expect to have been told about this BEFORE we arrived, and not just told why it was just normal. I stay in Venice at least 2x a year and that is not normal. We won't be back there.

Stayed Oct 10, 2024Nothing to do with the property, but use bottle water in the coffee pot as venice water is not the best. Add a few more towels and wash rags please, and the gas grill does not work due to salt water corrosion. Other than that the stay was great and excellent fishing.
