Awsome place would totally stay again

One of the main reasons we choose the gumbo yaya is that it has an ice machine. The beds are comfortable and it is spacious enough for a crew. But not having the ice machine working is a big deal to a crew of a couple boats to not have ice. We pay good money and a major reason we do is bc of the ice machine. We were told someone would come out and repair it and that did not happen. Have stayed here several times. This time was major disappointment.

His houseboat was so convenient I have a 30 foot boat I tied it up to the back porch and was able to go fishing from there

Fantastic property about as close as you can get to the main marina dock. Very clean, had everything we needed, Beds were very comfortable. 10/10 would book again. For the size houseboat rooms were good sized with a large main living area. Very comfortable for 4 adults with room for all of our gear, Could easily fit 8 adults with gear

Stayed at Gumbo YaYa Dec 2024 with total of 9 adults and one 10 year old. The houseboat was very clean & had a spacious living area. The pictures on VRBO don’t do it justice. There are 4 bedrooms with a total of 10 beds (mostly single size bunk beds). Great for a group of fishermen!Excellent location inside Venice marina.

Had a group of friends come down for a fishing trip. The accommodations are perfect for us. Beds are comfortable and plenty of room. Thanks again.

It was perfect for our group for this trip. We had plenty of room and the beds exceeded expectations in comfort even for single bunk beds. Good mattresses were great. Ice maker for fish boxes is essential and excellent. Grilled some pork chops and grill worked great. Overall 10 of 10. Thank you. Will be looking into you again in the future. Chris

Everything was as stated. Didnt stay there much. Basically just to sleep

This is one of the few 4 bedroom accommodations located at Venice Marina. The location could not have been more perfect, and each person in my group of 4 each had their own room. The place was well stocked with all kitchen supplies, comfortable living room and nice size table. I will book here for future fishing trips!
