The place was perfect for what I needed!

Welp, if you haven’t stayed on a boat before it’s an incredible experience. However this boat needs to be cleaned up and organized. Shelves and curtains falling apart. Toilet leaking?? Bathroom is a long walk with a dingy shower. I really want to support the host but expect more at these prices.

The bathroom is a walk down the dock and in yacht club, which wasnt very clean. Sail boat was smaller then expected. The bed is really only meant for 1 person

This boat is definitely only for people that can handle the nomad lifestyle. There are no restroom facilities on the boat, but there is a community bathroom with a shower at the yacht club. The bathroom was very dirty, but I understand that isn’t the hosts fault. The boat itself could benefit from a good deep clean. Really enjoyed sleeping with the hatch over the bed open and looking at the stars. Security roams the place at night and we didn’t have to worry about leaving our swim suits/towels on top of the boat to dry while we were gone. Overall a pleasant experience

What a wonderful host Estevan was to us. He was very polite and gave very clear directions on how to enter an exit his property. Everything is in walking distance and if not, there are bikes and scooters. You can rent that are fun. It’s right on the water so you can’t go wrong, the weather was beautiful. Would definitely love to stay again.

Our stay was amazing to say the least. Couldn’t be any happier with how everything turned out. Check In Process and Communication was Above and Beyond. Can’t wait to come back!

Host did not disclose that the toilet on the boat was intentionally disabled(taped shut). Saying that there are bathrooms and showers nearby is not the same as disclosing that the toilet on the boat is unusable. No one expects there to be a shower or full bathroom on a small boat, so mentioning showers and bathrooms close by is a good feature. However, a toilet is not a bathroom, it is just a toilet. Since the boat has a toilet, it is reasonable to expect it to do what a toilet does unless told otherwise. Just like I would expect the boat to stay afloat without having to proactively confirm that. With no toilet, if my wife needed to use the toilet at 3 or 4 in the morning, then she would have to dismantle the boat door, climb out of the boat, walk the whole dock, go through a locked gate, cross a parking lot road and enter a locked area in a separate building to do so, all in an area that does not feel safe to us.

Good communication. Nice place to stay as long as you know you are camping on a boat.

The boat started flooding. Management doesn’t want him renting. Asked us to stay gone until 5-6pm each day to avoid management & avoid being kicked out during our trip. When asked if he would refund us because the boat literally started flooding, he tried to instead put us into another rental down the street with NO furniture. Not a bed, not a couch, not even a damn napkin. This rental, on its own, ruined our very much awaited vacation. Don’t book. The pictures are so deceiving. It was dirty as hell, we literally found condoms from 2024 on the counter, covered in dust.

The boat was exactly as expected - The hosts were lovely leaving nothing g to surprise My only thought is when you book something, and there is no bathroom on board, Yea that sucked But it was in the description so .. they did warn me!!! lol

We were never given check in information. Had to find somewhere to stay....TERRIBLE...NEVER USE THIS PLACE

Host ghosted me, left us outside in the cold for an hour and a half while we were trying to get in and never responded.

The host provided amazing instructions and was so kind! The boat was amazing and so calm to sleep on! I will definitely be coming back for a long stay!

This boat is a real camping adventure. I couldn't figure out the lighting the first day so I lit candles the second day I got the lights on and then they slowly dimmed and then went off because the battery ran outof power. But I had a flashlight. It's okay. There's no running water. The toilets on shore were locked up and the water didn't work in men's bathroom after I finally broke in. Other bathroom the sinks didn't drain and they were full of dirty water so that was kind of gross. but I was camping so it didn't matter. It was fun being on the docks seeing the beautiful morning with a fog. So I really like the experience as long as I remembered that I was camping

Great location, peaceful, & safe

We had an awesome stay! The boat was exactly as described. If you love boats, you’ll definitely enjoy staying here. We slept great and really wished we could’ve stayed another night. Sitting outside under the stars was so peaceful.Estavan was an amazing host, super kind and patient (I was a bit of a dingbat trying to figure out where to meet for check-in).The marina’s in a great spot, close to beaches, shops, and restaurants. We didn’t walk anywhere this time, but there are definitely some places nearby if you want to explore.We’re already planning to come back and stay a few extra days next time!

The stay was amazing, location was perfect and check-in and check out was smooth. Highly recommend book this location for couples. Area is quiet and peaceful. People are friendly.

The location of this boat simply can’t be beat! Bear in mind, you are essentially camping. Running water is a water dispenser by a sink, and no toilet facilities on the boat. If you’re someone who needs to get up during the night, you’ve going to want to improvise some other solution rather than getting off the boat, up the deck and into the bathroom facility in the middle of the night.The host is a good guy, responsive to questions. Be sure to get clear instructions on the location of the lockbox, it was tricky to find in the dark.

Had a comfortable stay and would look to stay again when traveling solo.

Awesome stay on a boat! Bathrooms were clean and a short walk. The neighbors were friendly and the area was very quiet.

I had always wanted to stay in a sailboat and this was great. It was so fun to sleep there at night. I also loved exploring the area.

Super nice

Peaceful, fun, safe, quality time. Estevan is a sweet, laid back, friendly, helpful host totally available and genuinely cares that you are having a good time. You must understand that you are doing a little bit of camping. The bathroom is clean and safe and totally adequate and it is up the dock not in the boat. Embrace the moonlight walk and enjoy the serene marina. Listen to Sea Lions and watch Osprey and meet other nice people (or maybe you will have the whole dock to yourself) We fished off the dock for fun. We could have grilled off the back of the sailboat. We enjoyed candlelight at night and early morning kayakers (you can rent close by and enjoy that yourself). The area doesn’t have much you can easily walk to. Parking is free and easy. It is lovely.

Let me start by saying that I loved my stay. The boat is cozy and comfortable but you need to brace yourself for some quirks:1. No bathroom on the boat. For restroom or shower, walk around 100 yards.2. The bathrooms that are available are in disrepair. They were mostly clean but were in need of plumbing repair. There seems to be construction going on to improve this, hopefully it'll be good by the time you rent.3. The checkin process (getting keys and such) is slightly convoluted.4. You really are going to wake up to the sound of sea lions in the morning.

Owner was great! Easy communication, met us in person, even though we were running super late. Adorable set-up, my girls loved it! Fun for someone looking for something a bit different and adventurous. Being able to look up and see stars from your bed gave a “glamping” feel to the experience. So fun. We would definitely do it again. Important to note that bathroom is located on dock- but we didn’t mind. :)

If you like dirty small spaces smells and with no bathrooms, shower or running water this is your place.

My wife and I were excited to stay on the boat, but we arrived to find it dirty - sticky stains on the counter, short curly hair on the floor, towels and linens smelled, closest bathroom was far down the marina. The location was fine and this could've been a far better experience with some attention to details and cleaning. The novelty of a night on the boat led to my wife in tears, and a rough start to our trip in conditions we wouldn't find acceptable to pay for. Hope it improves for others.

Such an amazing and unique place to stay, located close to the beach and so much peace and quiet and feel you I know we near Los Angeles. Very comfortable sleeping arrangement, I sleep in the bow of the boat and loved it. Will definitely be coming back to stay again and the host was super helpful

Amazing! The flow was slow!

No bathroom on the boat. I don't know the last time it was cleaned. The back bedroom looked as if someone just threw the covers over the bed. If i was 30 yrs younger to get in and out of the boat !

What a fabulous weekend. Like camping on the ocean. With beautiful views, beautiful location. Cozy is the perfect description. It was perfect for us. We had activities planned. And to have a lovely environment to come back to and relax at the end of a long day out was amazing. Estevan was in contact and accessible if needed. A wonderful host. My grandson and I will definitely want to do this again. And this is where we will stay if available. Thank you so much Estevan for a weekend of beautiful memories! You're the best!
