Stayed May 29, 2025Great stay for fishing out of Venice. Inshore Capt. picked us up right off the back deck. Nice quiet area on a dead-end road very little traffic. Kitchen and living room were very nice. Beds were comfortable. Great back porch for socializing after a day of fishing. The ice machine was an added bonus.

Stayed Apr 8, 2025The manager/owner of property worked with us on changing our dates to match up with better weather for our fishing charter which was awesome. The house itself could use a deep cleaning there were spider webs and spiders all over the ceilings (we delt with that) the water pressure in the shower was horrible and the septic smell was strong throughout the house. Other then that we enjoyed our stay.

Stayed Mar 29, 2025Loved this houseboat in Cypress Cove. It has a cool deck that we bbq’d, fished and watched the gators on. The fishing charter boat picked us up right from the deck and we had a fabulous day out fishing. The beds were comfortable, the place was clean, and it had everything we needed. Thanks Nick!!
