Stayed Apr 4, 2025Overall was a nice stay. Was worried water pressure was going to be an issue but it was not. Had a slight issue with the electric toilet but the property owner was quick to communicate and offer another place to stay but the toilet seemed to fix itself after sometime.

Stayed Jun 9, 2024No towels, trash bags or toilet paper. Roaches were bad. Had to clean the greasy A/C filters just to get them to cool at all. You would not be able to stay indoors when the sun is out. I have stayed in several places on the water in Venice marina and all were up to par. I Would not rent here again.

Stayed Apr 13, 2024The houseboat came as advertised. My wife and I enjoyed the harbor views from our deck as we relaxed and grilled our catch of the day. Our two dogs enjoyed relaxing with us as they watched the variety of birds that flew by or landed on the dock and piling. Would recommend this and would do it again if the opportunity arises

Stayed Oct 8, 2023Mr Jeff was super responsive to any needs we had. Houseboat is small but clean and homey. It was great for my husband and I. It has Enough boat parking for your boat as well. It worked well for our needs. Will stay again.

Stayed Aug 9, 2023I would say that the picture is accurate. The 3 problems we had were the air conditioning wouldn't cool down the rooms, the shower water had the strongest sulfur smell I have ever experienced, and there were ants in the kitchen, along with roaches and spiders everywhere. It really need to be sprayed. My daughter got no sleep at all and I only got a couple of hours. Needless to say we were not happy at all.

Stayed Jul 1, 2023Great parking, include parking for a boat trailer, was able to keep boat in water next to the house boat. Great location right across the way from Venice Marina.

Stayed Jul 14, 2023We had a great time staying here. It was a perfect location in the Marina. My son loved fishing straight off the side outside the houseboat. Kevin was a great host and answered messages right away. Would definitely recommend staying here.
