Stayed Nov 24, 2025The only thing stopping me from 5 stars is the stairs going up to the front door. They are really steep and don’t have a hand rail.

Stayed Sep 19, 2025We spent a long weekend in Ocean View beach and this was a perfect location for us to catch some concerts at the Hampton Coliseum and spend the days at the beach. Nancy was a great host who was very responsive. Great trip!

Stayed Aug 21, 2025Very nice property. Everything was neat and clean. I didn't cook much but kitchen had everything I think you would need. Linens were nice. Bedding was comfortable. Very close to beach. Chesapeake Bay and Virginia Beach is a 15 min drive. So close that hurricane Erin delayed getting into the property. Erin was a fluke. Do not hesitate to stay here. The best part of the stay was property owner Nancy. She was wonderful and helped me greatly during the issue with high tide. I would not hesitate to stay here again.

Stayed Jun 8, 2025This is a nice duplex with cute beachy decorations. It was well stocked and had a great coffee bar area. We went to Ocean View Beach Park just a couple of minutes away. It is a nice beach. Thank you for letting us stay with you!

Stayed Nov 27, 2024The house was very nice. Everything was to be expected. Property manager is super nice. Left complimentary coffee ramen for the kids and popcorn. Not to meantion the house had everything a normal house would. I definitely will be renting again as i have family in Virginia ...
