Amazing place

everything was awesome!!

It was a great place to stay. The guides were able to bring their boats and pick us right up off the front dock of the houseboat. Great environment being able to sit out on the deck and watch the alligators and talk to the other fisherman with a great view of the Cyphers trees.

To get to the bedrooms you have to go through the kitchen There were no mattresses in the trundle beds. It was clean and everything worked like it should.

Clean, solid kitchen, good air conditioning.. everything we had hoped for again. Will be back!

The boathouse is new and great location !The charter boat was able to pull right up and pick us up! The beds are comfortable.

Nice clean and spacious house boat. Accommodated 9 of us well. Beds were comfortable. Could have had better pots and pans but made due. Overall, would definitely stay again and recommend to others

We’ve stayed in this area several times and this house is by far our favorite. Very clean, check-in was easy.

As stated this a new property. It’s located in Cypress Cove and we enjoyed the peace and quiet. It’s a short drive to the Venice Marina. We were there to fish and it met our complete requirements. The back dock/patio had a great view of the cypress swamp. Overall we all enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this property.

We loved our fishing trip to Venice and were very happy with our accommodations! They were clean and comfortable. It was great to be in cypress cove. Beautiful and a bit more secluded. My only suggestion is to bring charcoal if you want to use the grill - we expected gas, but were able to pick up some charcoal at a local store.

All communication after booking the property was professional. When the address and entrance vide was shared, I thought that to be normal. Upon arriving at the address, I was not able to locate slip 833. . communication with host had a reference to slip 388 which was then located. It took about a hour and a half to locate the property. The slip number is out of site from headlights and directions are down an unpaved road that could be a bad road for folk to use- unsafe? The property had a rule to wash dishes prior to leaving, but no dish washing soap was provided. Bath tub was a slippery trap. It can't finish due to lack of space!!!

Great houseboat and location in a quiet area of Cypress Cove Marina. The back porch was amazing and the layout of the house was nice. Surprised some basic essentials were not supplied but overall would stay again.

After a few trips to Venice this has been by far the nicest houseboat set up I have found. Clean new and great location. Will be staying again.

Very nice houseboat in much need of hand rails to access entry points and beware of bolts on face of dock facing your boat if you dock there wrong style bolt .

Great layout, Big deck area w/fans, Great location!! We are booking our next stay now!
