WHAT YOU SHOULD CONSIDER:
• CLASSIC: Our boat is classic, which is a polite way to say that it’s a little old. It’s clean and well maintained, but does have some age and outdoor related wear.
• SMALL SPACE: This studio, 1 bathroom vessel measures 446 square feet. It’s perfect for 2 guests.
• BOAT BATHROOM: Boats have different bathrooms and are best for #1's so we built a marina bathroom facility exclusively for our Airbnb guests equipped with traditional showers and toilets

Q: Location
A: English Landing less than 1-mile to the heart of the historic district. A five minute Uber away!
The boat is located in a private marina where our boat is slipped. This accommodation is for people looking for peace and tranquility over the river in the St. Augustine historic district.

Q: How big is the space
A: Taller sailors may need to duck but at 6'3 you can still stand tall. Photos may not be accurate to size. For more spacious vessels please visit our bigger listings available.

Q: What is a V-Berth bed
A: A V-berth bed is usually located at the bow (front) of the boat and has a V-shape so the bed tapers to the bow of the vessel.

Q: What is a Quarter berth bed
A: A Quarter berth is a single bunk tucked under the cockpit (end where the captain wheel is) of the boat.

Q: How can I see all of your places for rent
A: Click on our Airbnb profile (the round photo) & scroll all the way to the bottom below the aggregated reviews (on Mobile) or look to the left (on Desktop). You’ll see all of our listings - or check them out by clicking the link below:

Q: 1 Night Reservations

A: Yes! You can instant book or send us an inquiry!

Q: Is it comfortable
A: VERY! Our boats are designed with live-aboard / stay-aboard in mind with all the creature comforts of home. Fully stocked kitchenettes, premium furnishings, TV, Keurig coffee makers… etc.

Q: Any restaurants close by
A: TONS! Some of St. Augustine’s best are within a mile of the marina.

There is also a gorgeous waterside food truck park in The English Landing Marina. Features the area's most loved food trucks. Open 11-8 daily. Enjoy dining at our umbrella-covered picnic tables spaced ten feet apart. Handicap accessible and pet friendly.

Q: How to book:
A: If you don’t have any questions after reading over the FAQ below then simply instant book. If you send an inquiry we’ll respond promptly, if not immediately.

Q: Why is the price so different for my dates
A: We automatically sets our prices based on demand & seasonality. If you don’t search with exact dates Airbnb shows the lowest price throughout the season. Prices range from $99 per night for weekday day-of bookings in January all the way to $499 per night for weekends during peak season summer and everywhere in-between.

Q: Bathroom… explain!
A: The boat has a full sized marine toilet that is easy to use as long as you follow our simple instructions. The bathroom on the boat can be used for number 1's. Otherwise there can be odors from the tank. There is a bathroom facility for everything else!

Q: Heat Air Conditioning
A: There is a portable A/C and a portable heater for the colder months with plenty of insulation to stay warm at night! The portable AC is not like central Air so it may not be as cool as a house. For more powerful A/C vessels please see our bigger vessel listings.

Q: Wifi
A: The Marina is equipped with a WiFi network. Codes will be provided shortly prior to check-in

Q: Can we take the boats out & drive them
A: We have our own captain to charter the vessels. We do not have bare bone charters. Please message us about our private cruises.

Q: Can we check-in early
A: Early check-in is available as early as 2pm for an additional fee of $20. Early check-in is subject to availability

Q: Can I checkout late
A: We will do our best. Most days there’s someone checking in the same day there’s a checkout but we try & go above and beyond if this is requested. Subject to availability and charges may apply.

Q: What to expect that's different than a hotel
A: It's a boat, it is a unique FUN experience. There may be noises and smells that you'd expect from a boat. Pumps, motors, ocean water, etc. Every boat is broken the day it hits the water, especially salt water. We take great care of our fleet but we expect guests to tell us if anything isn’t working properly & we will PROMPTLY respond & will try to repair it in a timely manner.

Q: Waves Storm
A:. There is still a small amount of wave action and you'll feel a slight rock from time-to-time. If there's a bad storm or the wave action gets to a point that your stay is no longer enjoyable, we will do our best (no guarantees) to work out alternative accommodations for you. Your comfort is our top priority. 99% of the time the marina is almost totally flat and calm. If there is a tropical storm or hurricane warning issued in our county we offer full credits toward another stay on any of our vessels to accommodate the situation

Q: Do you allow pets
A: You bet! We ask that dogs not be puppies, don’t scratch at doors, and don’t bark incessantly while you’re away. The boats are close together & a non-stop barking dog isn’t appreciated. We DEEP clean the boats after pets stay aboard due to future guests’ possible allergies so a $50 pet fee per pet is applied for those who travel with pets with a maximum of two.

Q: Can we leave our pets unattended in the boat
A: No. But in case you have to, it should only be for a really short period of time( 30 minutes) and you should leave at least the bathroom hatch open. Pets might be uncomfortable or react to unexpected situations while inside the boat and during the summertime when temperatures are higher and if the power goes out and AC is off it might trigger some discomfort too.

Q: Can we hold events or parties
A: No. This is a place to relax. We ask that there be no events or parties on the boats so the other guests can enjoy their stay. Quiet time after 10pm.

Q: Is the marina safe
A: VERY. We have 24/7 surveillance. The parking lot & dock is well lit & the marina is right off US-1 which is one of the main roads in St. Augustine. All boats lock from inside & you can padlock the door when you leave if you wish to lock up your belongings. We’re here daily looking over the fleet.

Q: Handicap accessible
A: No. You'll need to get on the boat which requires a 1-2' step and there are steps on the boat. The deck stairs are steep and you'll need to be sure footed.

Q: Parking
A: Yes, you can park your car. Since it’s a small private marina the walk to the parking lot from the boat is only roughly yards away.

Q: What if there is a hurricane advisory
A: If there are hurricane advisories issued in the local area we are happy to move the reservations to a later date or issue a full credit toward another reservation with us. This credit can also be applied to our cruises and is transferable to other vessels.

Other Things to Note:
*** Please note: This is like a camping experience on the water in beautiful Downtown St. Augustine. These boats are here to provide a unique experience getting you close to the historic district and next to the marine life. Please do not mistake this experience with a house. Enjoy the breeze and open the windows during the day. A/C is constantly flowing and is great at night but may not be as strong as central A/C. We have built an entire bathroom facility right next to the dock equipped with great showers and restrooms. Please use them entirely if you are not used to boat smells. Boat bathrooms do not have the same plumbing. We do our absolute best to accommodate all our guests needs with constant communication and we’re here to make sure you enjoy your time in St. Augustine! ***

It was a fun experience! I loved it. It was clean and the boat amenities are as expected for being on a boat. The marina offered good restroom/ shower accommodations. I also loved it was near several food trucks allocated at the ma

Very nice stay and cute/comfortable/clean boat. Glad we did it for my hubs birthday. We brought our cooler to keep some food stuff. The kitchen is obviously not large as to be expected but it was nice to be able to have our snacks and food if you don't want to go out for all meals. The boat/marina/bathrooms were all very nice and we enjoyed our time! Thank you to our hosts!

cool concept but definitely not what I expected. The AC leaked water and had to be run constantly because it was very hot inside. The restroom facility was outside of the gate and very inconvenient. The marina had a very foul smell.

This is the most misrepresented property that we have ever stayed at. Fridge didnt work, no tv as described, lights didn't work, toilet has problems, a/c doesn't keep up, canopy had holes all in it so rain came right through it. Messeged 1st day about the toilet and missing tv. Never heard back.

Good location, close to vacation destination, downtown Saint Augustine. Able to rent bikes and have them delivered to the marina and picked up later. Beautiful breezes out on the deck. Nice amenities included with the marina. Nice and quiet when it should be and good food trucks.

Small sail boat / Yatch perfect intimate space for a couple or two people since it does have two separate beds. It can accommodate for more than three people but it may be too crowded. Good amount of standing head room, but may be too low for tall people. I recommend this boat motel for those seeking for a place to stay right by the ocean, waking up to the sound of the ocean, feel the wave from other boats sailing by, maybe mingle with your fellow boat neighbors right next door and sleep under the stars while you feel that perfect summer breeze! I was happy to sleep inside or outside.Very small kitchen equipt with simple general appliances, plates and utensils. The kitchen sink, mini fridge and toilet worked well. Sink drain was slow and the toilet needed to be manually pumping when going #1. All showers and for when going number #2 were located in a private bathroom facility right by the parking lot about 30-50 ft away from our boat. Super clean private bathroom facility, great hot water with great water pressure. We were careful enough to use the electrical kitchen appliances one a time to avoid a possible power outage since all boats are at risk when you have too many things running at the time. We brought our own mini grill and with permission grilled right at the dock next to out boat, boy we had a blast. There are also a great variety of food trucks right on the marina of you rather not cook, alcoholic beverages can here's a gas station right across the street too

Loved this experience. It's like being in a small apartment. First two days were cold and wet, but there's a small space heater that warms up the entire space! Can be a little wet in the ladder area due to canopy not covering all of hatch area making the floor and counters wet. No table available, but shown in pics. Made it hard to work from home or eat without a proper place to set things on. The electric single stove top does not work. Beyond that, everything was exceptional. The marina is completely quiet with great views (dolphins outside every day) and has food trucks. There's a winn-dixie within a 5 minute walk, wal-mart a 10 minute walk. Hurrican Patty's for great seaside food and you can easily walk to downtown St. Augustine and Flagler collect, San Sebastian and others with no effort. Honestly, you don't even need a car to enjoy and get around. If its warm, the hatches open and there are two fans that I used to circulate the air and was more than ample to keep cool on an 83 degree sunny florida day. I would absolutely recommend everything about this, but I would recommend a camping mat under any mattress for firmer bedtime support. The boat was exceptionally clean and the marina bathrooms are close, modern, clean and secure. Very well decorated. Never a concern about safety and dog friendly. Enjoy it!!!

I really don’t enjoy leaving negative reviews and I don’t understand the 5* reviews of this one. I will be petitioning VRBO for a refund. And I lived on a boat so…This is not a safe place to stay and this boat looks nothing like the photos anymore - I do not think photos were taken since the original purchase of the property, and I do not think the owner has been on this property in recent years. This is a neglected boat, not a “ classic…a little old”.Exposed bolts and screws waiting for a head to hit, no hot water, a non-functional coffee maker, a Bimini that is rigged, cracked plastic sheeting someone melted a hole in (and drips on you) that you can’t stand up under, a TV trying to fall off that doesn’t work, no tables as in the photos. It is NOT a fully stocked kitchenette - no way to cook anything although there was some silverware, mugs and wine glasses. The bathrooms at the wharf are clean, check-in was easy, the food trucks are fun BUT they leave the music on, loudly, all night, so ya’ gotta like to sleep noisy in a wharf. Any real sailor would cry looking at the boats here - most haven’t been registered in years and are simply being used to make a few bucks. Back out now if you have booked. I emailed the owner all the issues we had in staying just one night and was ghosted. I didn’t expect well-oiled teak wood or sails furled and waiting, but yuck.

Great stay on a very nice boat. Manager was very response and accommodating to needs. Location is lovely and had a great view. Area was very quiet yet central to everything. The food trucks in the parking lot were great! Easy parking. Close to downtown and grocery store, restaurants. Would stay again !

This was a nice and relaxing spot to spend a few days. George Street was about a 15-20 minute walk away. Many other attractions were very accessible as well as plenty of coffee shops and restaurants . The property manger was very helpful and quick to communicate. We were aware of the fact that these are vintage vessels and didn't expect them to be pristine but they were comfortable and taken care of. We also realized that this was not a resort and some amenities were very basic. Using the Marina shower rooms and facilities were expected. They were clean and well taken care of. This just added to the adventure. I am just over 6' and banged my head several times. This was not the property owner's fault, just know that if you are much over 6' you will need to duck a lot. We didn't have any major issues to speak of. The biggest negative was the lack of consistent signal on the TV. We wound up just using our laptop for entertainment in the evening after sunset. This was frustrating but not a deal breaker since we were there to just relax. We enjoyed the peacefulness of the morning sunrise and the peacefulness at the end of the day. The best review I can give is we will be back.
