Fishing trip. Other boats have grills and ice makers. Need to bring your own cups for drinking. No ice.this said still a good stay.

Location is awesome! Loved being right at the marina, watching all the boats go in & out!3 Bedrooms is great - especially at this price range & at this location. Very comfortable. Clean... not spic & span clean, but bathroom was clean, sinks, tub, toilet all clean... beds all clean sheets, kitchen, fridge, microwave all good.I highly recommend & if we ever come back to Venice, I'll look for this place first!

The location was great and this place had everything we needed with lots of space. However, it could use a deep clean!

Perfect location for few guys being at Marina

Nice place to stay. Just was not clean. Hair in fridge Had a bad smell for a day until we found an old greasy pan in oven. No telling How long it was there be after we cleaned up kitchen everything else was good

Houseboat was as described, clean and convenient to the marina. Good experience.

Enjoyed the houseboat everything was really clean neat organized ready to go check in was easy she was very friendly and allowed us to get in a little early and also leave just a little bit late so we appreciate her flexibility enjoyed everything

Great location and perfect if you have a boat. No hot water, no a/c, no water pressure, cooking pots and pans very poor quality.

The houseboat was conveniently located near the marina. That’s the one thing that is redeemable. I do not like writing reviews. But someone needs to on this one. It’s not clean. Food still in the fridge drinks etc, towels smelled like smoke after being laundered, and the tub would not drain. I doubt it’s getting cleaned between stays other than a quick mop, and to make the bed, as there was no scent of cleaning products upon our arrival. The boat was as not tied up properly as it was resting against the piling and squeaked incessantly until we found a random bumper and placed it between the piling and the houseboat.

The listing was accurate for what it described: furnished kitchen with paper towels. Some recommendations I have is to furnish more than a half roll of paper towels with no extra in the house and check the oven before the next guests come. The oven had old tater tots on a sheet from a previous guest. The black chair’s back in the living room was broken which made sitting in lopsided and the majority of the blinds for the front of the house boat

Hosts were great in helping us reschedule due to weather with no problem at all! Great location on the main entrance

WISH I COULD GO AGAIN

A nice house boat stay on but not made for 6 men go fishing .having just one bath not enough time get cleaned up before dinner. Missed dinner at marina cause of it. No water presure hardly get shower. Cost as much as a nicer place On other piers

This was a very nice place for our family trip tuna fishing. Air and hot water in the shower was amazing. We were picked up at the boat house for tuna trip. First class

Had a great time, a little tight in there but we made it work! Great location with a couple minute walk to marina, guides will pick you up right off the back porch. My only suggestion is close that gap we had to jump over to get onto the boat from the dock. Great overall!

Awesome place to stay. Will definitely stay here again when we head back to Venice.
