Stayed Sep 19, 2025We did not stay in the room because it was unacceptable. The room smelled, the sheets were grungy, the table was broken, the couch was stained, and the carpet was filthy. The overall condition was completely uninhabitable.We understand that Sonesta has already refunded you the money for the reservation. However, given that we were forced to leave immediately and did not stay for either of the two nights booked, we are requesting full compensation for both nights.Please confirm when this refund will be processed.Sincerely,
