Stayed Jul 4, 2024Tierra was an excellent host, very accommodating to the need of guest and pleasant to say the least. I was impressed with the size of the room and the comfort of the bed. But, the entry area and receptionist area were extremely dated. The hotel hallway carpets reeked of a horribly loud scented carpet fragrance that was over powering. Hotel workers used Fabuloso to clean which added to the over fragranced hallways and of which both seeped into the individual rooms .The fragrance did aggravate allergy and asthma issues. Fortunately, I was able to open the room window to diffuse the scents as well as wear a masks when coming into contact with the carpeted arears. An additional issue I had with the hotel was the number of dogs on the property. As well, I experienced a incident with a guest that prompted me to ask the then present male receptionist if there were cameras on and within the property. I was informed that cameras did not exist any where on the property inside or outside. Overall, my stay was bearable however, the concerns that I mentioned need to be addressed. I will not book any future reservations with this facility on the basis of the location and overly fragranced areas and the number of dogs on the property.

Stayed Mar 22, 2024No issues everything was fine. If you just need a place to stay it’s great and for the price you can’t beat it. I would stay again for sure
