Stayed Feb 26, 2025Vonder has purchased (and presumably remodeled) an entire building here in SoFi, and so staying here feels a bit like staying in a modest, but well-executed, unattended hotel. The finish quality of the rooms is far above what I expected, especially for the price I paid:- A nice imported Italian stove/oven, excellent quality bathroom fixtures (tankless wall toilet, a nice vanity with plenty of space for cosmetics), and quality shower appointments (good plumbing fixtures, pump soap/shampoo/conditioner on the wall).- The bed was super comfortable. The curtains excellent at blocking out street light.- The sofa comfortable, the TV easy to use / access.This property is diagonally across from the Big Pink, but even though we were on the front of the building, we didn't experience much noise.One slight thing to be aware of is that we did find the inter-room sound insulation to be slightly less than we would have wanted. You could hear your neighbor.I don't think there's no pool or common amenities; you'll need to depend on the many things Miami Beach has to offer; this is just a good quality place to stay.I had a *suggestion* (NOT complaint, mind you) for Vonder: change out some of the wall outlets from simple outlets to those that have built-in USB ports. These are pretty common now, and I have come to depend on them, and didn't bring enough adapters (wall-power to USB). (So be sure to bring some if you stay here.)
