Stayed Aug 30, 2025The front desk staff were friendly and welcoming. Upon entering our room we felt like we had just walked into an ash tray. The stinch of smoke was awful. We notified front desk of this. While we were out for the evening they said they would spray frebreeze in room. Upon our return we found the room as we had left it, smoke filled and horrible. We both fought the affects of breathing the air in our room the next day.

Stayed Jul 17, 2025This served the purpose of a place to stay when we went to the Ann Arbor art fair, but it was not the unique VRBO experience that we are used to. It appeared to be a renovated hotel and it had the smell of air freshener plug ins, which I am allergic to. The kitchenette was nice to have and they were pet friendly. It was a basic hotel.

Stayed Jul 16, 2025Property was dated and dirty, the parking lot and road coming in is full of large pot wholes..Would not recommend..

Stayed Apr 24, 2025The outside building and inside hallways/carpet are a bit old and need replacing or updating but the room was clean and nice and large, the are is in a quiet location but very close to ( 3-8 min drive to UM or down town).

Stayed Mar 3, 2025Though i didn't know this was a hotel when i booked it and recent reviews are not great for Sonesta, my stay was problem-free. From cleanliness to amenities to the fresh coffee available 24 hours a day, there was nothing that went annoys. I would stay here again

Stayed Dec 23, 2024This was a great place to stay while we visited family nearby. We had a small kitchen and living area, which made it nice for a quiet evening after spending the day with family. Just be aware of the 100 deposit that they collect when you check in and promise to refund 5-10 days after you check out.
