Two Bedroom Oceanfront Apartment

Absolutely stunning views! Very clean apartment, great customer service and location. Host was very responsive, the resort is beautiful! I’d recommend.

Great place!

This was a condo time share hotel. The pics were not accurate to our unit. The carpeting was very tired. The second room was a lock out room, not what we expected at all. There were also additional fees we were not told about, the only way to park was valet and there was a daily resort fee. The pluses were it was right on the beach and was a good location with restaurants and food shopping nearby. We would not go back.

We had a great stay! The unit is clean, comfortable and has amazing views! Highly recommend!

The apartment was very filthy. Many things broken or worn out. The AC filter was black. Fridge was not cleaned since there was a dead bug in there. So it was absolutely not a good experience. The positives were the staff from the building , Front desk and valet very friendly.

Views were amazing. Exactly what we were looking for. I would check with resort next time to see if they have a special event going on at same time. But- that is no fault of owner. Nicely furnished and very responsive to texts. I highly recommend this.

We didn’t get a chance to enjoy the hotel and facilities since we were not there much.

Short, perfect

The property is beautiful being right on the beach, with amazing views ocean front. The condo was nice but the furniture needs updating. We had a great stay Wonderful staff !

Ocean was visible from the side of the building. Parking was a hassle and takes time to learn the process for the valet service only option.

Coffee maker needs an upgrade. One cup at a time doesn't quite do it for us. Everything else was great

The host was great. The resort had some issues with air conditioning but the host was very gracious and accommodating to us. This was our third time to stay in his condo and we will be back!!

We had the most amazing stay here in Sunny Isles! The unit had everything we needed and there was plenty of space! The building staff is very friendly, and Franklin was an amazing host. We'll be back 100%

It was a wonderful property. Very easy to get to the pool and beach. Staff was very friendly.

Very good location. All staff was most professional and helpful. Property overall is well taken care of. As to specific unit, well laid out, clean & very nice except furnishings are dated but acceptable.

Excellent spot!

Everything about our stay here was perfect except for the rainy weather. The place was gorgeous and the views were nothing short of amazing! The beach was stunning as well. The employees were top-notch, providing excellent customer service. My family and I would love to come back!

We had a great stay at this property! The location is perfect—close to everything. The place was very clean and well-maintained, which made the stay even more comfortable. One of the highlights was the stunning views from the balconies—absolutely breathtaking! I would definitely recommend this place and would love to stay here again.

Nice view! (19th floor) Beach chairs too close together and lots of seaweed in April. No swimming for us. Pool is too small but outdoor bar is cute with great drinks. Checkin was after 4 although resort knew we’d be there around 2. Not much to walk to that interested us or our kids.

We stayed at this property from Sunday to Friday. I had my mom and my 4 teenage daughters. Beautiful resort! I love that beach towels, chairs and umbrellas are included so we did not have to travel with them. There was help everywhere! I just wish I would have been prepared for tip money ahead of time. I did not realize it was a resort and mistakenly assumed it was more of a self-serve property like we usually book. The check-in process was not complicated, but the system was down when we arrived at 2 o’clock in the morning, so we did have to hang out in the car for an additional 20 minutes. My only suggestion would be more instructions upon check-in. I had no idea of the amenities. Wonderful experience and my girls were all sad to leave!

Beautiful place and a great location. The only complaint we had was that there was no mention of an additional resort fee of 35 and a daily 35 parking fee. So plan on 70 extra per day plus taxes. This should be included in the property description. Other than that, a great place.

Water for showers was never hot. We were not told about the complimentary breakfasts. My family objected to the clowingly sweet smell in one of the bedrooms. Other than that, it was a decent place to stay.

Enjoyed our stay

I thought I was booking a condo in an apartment comlex and I was so surprised to find out the location had multiple bars onsite, a restaurant and multiple other amenities including a gym. had a had a bar

After visiting Biscayne Bay National Park, we stayed two nights at the condo. The view is magnificent. The condo is well stocked with all you need to make your stay comfortable. Just know that you are changed a daily fee for amenities and there is a valet parking fee. We would definitely stay at the condo again.

We loved this 2 bedroom suite! The views could not be beat, and for the location on the water I thought the price was excellent. The amenities at the Marenas are also great- comfy beach chairs, umbrellas, there is a pool, hot tub, games for the kids outside and indoors, valet is included which was so nice, staff were very friendly, beds were very comfortable, it's super close to Aventura restaurants and shopping, grocery store within walking distance... The only reason I gave 4 stars to check-in instead of 5 is because we were told we could stay on a lower floor, but when we got there, they put us on the 23rd floor, and we were only able to go to a lower floor the 2nd night, which meant that of course we needed to pack everything up! So we did not love that but we would for sure stay here again!!

I’m very impressed of this place Located in prime of Sunny isles just by Porsche and Bentley buildings.Personal of valet parking is 100% and at the lounge bar is a guy called Chistian 200%.To tell the thru my family and myself visit the bar every night for that guy Cristian.This place is very recordable.

Staff was very courteous, apartment was clean, views were excellent. No complaints!!

Lionel offered excellent tour and restaurant recommendations. Carlos and the rest of the front desk staff were helpful.

The resort was absolutely beautiful. The room was great very clean awesome view. The only thing I really disliked over the whole trip is the pool was only open till 6 PM don’t understand why a resort would close their pool at 6 PM and the first night I did not know that it closed at six and I went out there. There was a shorter African-American gentleman that looked like he worked in the kitchen came out and was extremely rude. told the front desk about it and they told me I should’ve known the rules. Their customer service skills were definitely lacking. other than that, the place was great

The views are amazing, the room is tucked away. The other bedroom is in a B suit which as great for multiple families! Excellent all over.

Stunning view, spacious rooms, clean, has everything you needed. I was especially pleased with the private rooftop with hot tub.

Everything was beautiful the view was breathtaking, it was really easy to check in. The staff was friendly the food was great.
