Stayed for Tulane graduation and the location, rooms/bathrooms and layout worked great. Overall would recommend and stay again. Suggestion-there was not one full length mirror. Tough for the ladies getting ready. Communication and check-in/check-out were easy.

The property was roomy and comfortably fit the 10 of us. The beds were very comfortable and clean. Each room had a rack for hanging clothes. Each bathroom had body soap, shampoo, and conditioner. Be careful with the use of toilet paper as each bathroom cane with only 3 rolls. The access was easy to get to and from using Uber. I would stay there again.

The Eleanor was a great place to host the family for Tulane's graduation. Check-in was smooth and the unit itself as well as the to the rooftop pool and hot tub area were spotless. Communication via the actual team at The Eleanor smoothed a few issues as their payment system with VRBO had recently been updated. Although they don't offer luggage storage without a cost and there's no formal check-in process, there was surprisingly always one person on duty at the entryway (for any questions) and also someone upstairs cleaning the pool area and bathrooms. We even borrowed a pack-n-play for one afternoon for visitors and it was brought directly to our door! Only one elevator was working during our stay, but we never waited for more than a minute or two during our 5 day stay so we were not inconvenienced.

Great property with terrific and very responsive staff… can walk to a lot of places, quarter, Lafayette square etc. my only knock would be that there isn’t much around it but office buildings and hotels, no fun bars, restaurants to stop in on your way home but not a big deal

The condo itself was lovely, except for the faulty fire alarms that blared our last night there (triggered by a shower). Management acknowledged the sensitivity of the alarms and advised they have been working on finding more effective alternatives. Meanwhile, having no one to contact, we had no choice but to disarm the alarms at 12:30 AM.Communication with the host was tedious. Requests from the management company came multiple times or not at all. Check in was a nightmare. There was significant confusion between The Eleanor and VRBO. The host even mentioned that dealing with VRBO is difficult for them, because they want all the money. It seemed apparent that the host may not deal with VRBO often. Prior to arrival, the host made a 1500 draft on my credit card. This payment was not authorized and not outlined in the rental agreement in any way. Despite hours of my time spent with VBRO support and the host, the mistake was never fully corrected. We were offered early check-in, only to walk in on the cleaning crew. Multiple requests for financial compensation have been refused. Again, the unit is lovely. However, do not expect ANYTHING extra (coffee, etc.), and do not expect any concessions for inconvenience or mistakes on the part of the host. In fact, do not even expect basic Southern Hospitality.

The rooms were clean. It’s incredibly convenient that each room had its own bathroom. The kids enjoyed watching their shows on the big tv in each rooms. Beds and pillows were comfortable. They also provided a beautiful and very delicious charcuterie board. Location is also very ideal, walkable to tons of places. Condo elevators were also fast compared to the other places we visited in town. Check out was also easy. Some negatives: the hot tub was so gross, obviously the owner has not control over that. We were also only allotted one roll of paper towel and 1 trash bag. They do tell you that but more should be provided for multiple nights of stay. Overall, I would come back and stay here with family or friends.

I am so glad we selected this property after considering many. The property was beautiful, clean, comfortable and well-appointed. Location was great: most every place we wanted to visit was walkable, and the streetcar was outside the building. Communication with the property manager, Shane, was great; he always quickly replied and was helpful. The rooftop pool and hot tub were just what we wanted after a fun day exploring. I will recommend this property to anyone I know visiting NOLA.

This property has a great location and had lots of great security features with the code to get in the door, code to the elevator and then the code to our condo. The beds were amazing and all the girls loved their rooms. Any concerns we had Lilly took care of them right away. When we come again we will stay here!

The facility was so nice it was like a dream come true. At first, i had difficulty with the combination access, but I finally got the hang of it. Perfect system, with the elevator and doors to the unit. Everything was perfect. The individual rooms were very clean and comfortable. The kitchen was very clean and provided us plenty of space to relax and talk. Each of us having our own bathrooms like suites was fantastic especially when getting ready to go out. The community in the building was so friendly and helpful. The owner, Shane and his staff maintained great communication throughout the whole process of booking and if we had any questions or concerns. They were AWESOME!

Property was nice. Location was good. Beds comfortable. AC good. Bathrooms nice.Noise level from others very loud for three nights, well past midnight. Outside noise (cars, sirens, vehicles, very loud. Leaking pipe under kitchen sink, hot tube not working, no dish towels, not enough coffee for a party of six for several days, flashing green lights from smoke detectors in bedrooms, bedrooms could use small dressers to help longer stays.Overall it worked for our stay.

Plenty of room for our family of 7 adults and 2 kids. Rooms were quiet, clean and beds comfortable. Shane was quick to answer questions and made the booking experience easy. Streetcar line access right on the corner. Many restaurants and things to do within walking distance. We really enjoyed our stay at The Eleanor, for the view and the convenience to everything it offered. My only suggestion is some more drinking glasses.

From the moment that I contacted this property to the moment we walked out of the location for the last time, our experience was exceptional. The unit was immaculate and cozy and well laid out for hosting our family from Louisiana and out of state. We were welcome with a very generous gift of a king cake that was still warm! The perfect way to welcome guest to New Orleans! The property was easy to find and just across from a park so we could walk our dogs. we were very excited to learn, welcoming, and friendly property management was for our fur babies! The rooftop, hot tub and pool were excellent and also very clean. We could see the Superdome from our window, which was very cool! We can’t wait to book again and will certainly contact this property to schedule our Next stay!

Space was clean although previous guests left things in the drawers. Close enough to the quarter to have fun but not so close it gets obnoxious. Shane was decent to communicate with the space doesn’t have a half bath so it’s not idle for someone having to sleep on the hideaway bed.

Great place to stay for a family weekend getaway. In a quieter area of town which is great for getting rest, but close enough to walk to everything. The unit and amenities are very nice. Parking was very complicated even when using app for garage- they change the rates and times depending on the day so make sure you are paying close attention. Overall great stay and we would stay here again.
