The hotel was so charming and had such historic character. I was very comfortable and enjoyed the aesthetic. I did arrive in late evening (930 pm) on a Friday. Was welcomed and checked in. Did not realize that all the local restaurants, convenience stores, food carry out delivery closed by 8 pm. It would be nice to have a food option for hungry arrivala or let people know there won’t be anything available nearby after 8 pm.

This is a great spot. Was in town w Gus my field spaniel and we had a nice time at the Inn. The room was a bit antiquated but that’s part of the charm. We hiked the green mountains/silver lake trail and this place was perfect to rest weary bones. The rates are very reasonable and the property is quite beautiful. Will be back!
