Suite #1 - 1 Bed 1 Bath in the middle of Downtown

Our room was clean and comfortable. We would book this property again.

I like it’s in the heart of Hermann. We walked everywhere. Friday night was had a movie night. Liked we were able to relax & watch tv.

Very nice, we had privacy, nice living room area. We were able to binge watch Netflix all day after hitting it hard New Year’s Eve ?

This was such a nice little place. It was well decorated and had everything you need. It was centrally located in Hermann, close to everything you would want to do. The owner went above and beyond with communication and the cleaning staff was super friendly. If we go back to Hermann this is where we will stay!

Great location downtown very close to eating drinking and shopping. Very clean and pleasantly supplied apartment, comfortable for two people to relax.

Everything was as advertised at Cassie's place in Hermann. It was close enough to walk to just about anything right downtown and the Trolley even stops right outside. Would definitely stay again!!

Overall, this was a great booking! The only issue we had was in adding to our reservation. We were initially going to be charged double for one additional night, and the back and forth with a liaison rather than directly with the property owner/manager made the process more convoluted than necessary to remedy.

Very cute, clean, and comfortable apartment. Perfect location if the trolley was running during our stay. We walked past several cute little shops, but they all seemed to be closed on Sundays and Mondays along with most of the restaurants. The apartment is perfect for healthy young couples without mobility issues. There is a steep staircase leading up to the door and a deep claw foot tub to crawl into for showers without grab bars. However, we had a perfect handicapped parking space right across the street. Nearby vineyards were lovely and historic buildings were enchanting!

Very clean, perfect location, AC worked great and was much needed because it was very hot outside during our stay.

Stayed in Hermann for the weekend and ended up going with this condo. The place was clean and well maintained. Good space for 2 people. Easy to access the trolley and we were dropped off just a short distance away at the end of the day. The bathroom was a bit strange as we had not used a clawfoot bathtub before and the curtain felt like we were being swallowed but otherwise was fine.

Perfect size for the two of us, and extremely convenient location right next to downtown.

We greatly enjoyed our stay. It's in the perfect spot. The Trolley comes right to your door, and you are walking distance from everything else in town. We would definitely stay again.

My husband and I like to get away to Hermann and this was a trip for my birthday. This place was right on the main strip, making it so easy to enjoy ourselves. The suite was lovely, we especially liked the bathtub

My friend and I had a Mom's weekend and we absolutely enjoyed Suites on 3rd! Everything was within walkijg distance, the trolley system cant be beat, and the building itself was secure and quiet. Its a 1bed 1bath but the layout makes it feel much larger

This place was perfect location and walking distance to everything we wanted. The town is full of cute shops and delicious places to eat.

Clean and comfortable. Easy access to both 1st Street and Market Street shops. Only thing to mention is we were not expecting a stairway to access the unit.

Was a very nice little town and had a great feel to it. The downside is the entire town shut down at like 7 pm that includes the grocery store. This place is very little and the shower is even smaller. A grown adult can barely fit in the shower. So where I had my issue was with the tv situation. There was a tv on the wall but the lady said it didn’t work at all but I got it to work just fine just didn’t have a remote. There was an additional tv there that was bought that day that we stayed and you had to have a magnifyin glass just to watch it. There was no tv in the bedroom at all.

For the price, you can’t beat the size and amenities of this apartment in Hermann! Plenty of room to spread out and relax, with a really nice little kitchenette and TV room for relaxing somewhere other than the bedroom. It was well kept and simple. The shower is not my favorite I’ve ever used, but it did the job. We loved being so close to all the shops and restaurants and walked everywhere! Would stay in these accommodations again!
