The beds are comfortable, the beach is so close, the garage parking for one car is perfect and the host is very nice and communicative. This is the 2nd time I've had family or friends stay here and it is a great spot and comfortable. Close to downtown and food. Both times, my guests said they would love to come back and rent it for their mom or friends or to visit us again. Great place, Great times, Great location

Great amenities and location!

We loved the location. Steps to The Strand and a quick walk to Manhattan Beach shops and restaurants. The house had many bikes and beach chairs and was quite comfortable!

Wonderful house in a great location. Garage parking was an extra bonus. The owner thoughtfully leaves condiments and some personal care items to make the cottage so welcoming. Excellent outdoor space with endless ocean view.

Overall: we loved it We were lucky that the hot season was over already as we probably would have missed an AC.We very much appreciated the bikes

We were three friends going to an SC football game, and combining it with a few lazy days at Manhattan Beach. We were met with super easy check-in, house being very nice and clean. Location is perfect, and the content and layout of the house is really great for experiencing some South Bay beach life. Thanks for a great stay!

Overall amazing stay! Important to note that there is not air conditioning other than 1 portable unit. We were uncomfortably warm as it was unusually hot while we were there. Hosts were gracious and communicative. The location is spectacular being close to the beach and town. Loved being there :)

We LOVE the Beach Cottage. From the moment you walk in it feels like a warm welcome home. Great views and close to charm of Manhattan Beach. You can’t ask for a better place to stay.

Just left our 10day stay at this darling beach cottage. It has “all the things” you would need or want for a beach vacation. And the view is to die for. The hosts were exceptional when we needed to reach out. Already looking at dates for return trip in 2026.

My best friend from high school and I decided to take a trip to celebrate our 50th birthday. The house was perfect! Morning coffee or evening wine on the patio with ocean view, sound of crashing waves and the neighbors pond with running water was so relaxing. Close walk to the store, restaurants and shopping. Steps to the beach. No vehicle needed. I will definitely use this property again! Thank you for sharing your home with us.

We had a great stay at this beach neighborhood bungalow. It’s not as big and fancy as some of the neighboring properties but it’s well appointed, clean, and cute and has a great location a few blocks up from the beach. Stay at this house if you want easy access to a quintessential classic manhattan beach home experience.

We had a great stay in Manhattan Beach at this lovely home. Steps from the beach with a beautiful beach view. Very comfortable and clean. we stayed for 2 weeks and me and my husband both had adequate space and privacy when we were working. Loved walking into town and walking to the beach- seconds away from the strand. Jane was very helpful and responsive. We will be back!

This property really is perfect, from the home’s comfortable layout to the walk-street location. It’s hard to find a property that works well for us. We are quite particular on what we want in a vacation property and this one had all the boxes checked. Nice outside space to enjoy the views and the sunny California weather. Very clean and nicely appointed with a comfortable bed and attractive furniture. Plus, having a garage is great this close to the beach where street parking can be challenging at times. Overall, we would highly recommend this property.

We had a great time in this very cute house. We're close to the Strand and about a half mile to Manhattan Beach Blvd. So, we walked everywhere!

This property is well appointed, very clean and well decorated and very convenient to all the best spots in Manhattan Beach. The hosts were very communicative and responsive. 10/10 would rent again!

We spent the week biking, walking and relaxing in this amazing cottage by the sand. It was comfortable and spacious, and included many kitchen conveniences and staples. We had a car (garage included!) but walked to a different great restaurant most nights. We've already booked a return visit. Could easily have done without a car and might next time, using the savings to extend our stay!

Everything about this beach cottage was perfect. So close to the beach, fully equipped, gorgeous views, clean bed rooms, wonderful outdoor seating area. The hosts were wonderful and communicative. We could not recommend this rental enough. It is an incredibly special place!
