Stayed Apr 14, 2025Property has everything. Walk to beach, pool , hot tub, grill, on site management, easy parking. Condo was clean and perfect for our needs. We enjoyed it!

I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our first time visiting Longboat, hopefully more to come. We love the location and the apartment we stayed was well equipped with kitchen utensils, appliances and bed were decent.The only concern we had, BTW the staff solved it in a blink of and eye, was the AC duct dirty and my daughter had a very bad rash since she is allergic. As I said the staff solve the issue and we enjoyed the rest of our stay and will definitely back soon.

We rented units 1,2, and 9. The Change in bedding configuration from when we reserved to what we found when we arrived in unit 1 was challenging. Changes from 2 twins to a king was not noted in the web description. Also, we almost got cited by the for alcohol on the beach. LBK alcohol beach policy should be noted in the checkin packet.

Stayed Mar 2, 2024Really beautiful, updated modern condo with all of the amenities, located just a short 30 second walk down a path to the beach. We would definitely stay here again! Also walking distance to a few restaurants and shops. Thank you!

I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our rental went well. However, there was no sofa bed, as listed. The furniture was not very comfortable for older folks as it was very deep seated and you needed all the pillows to support you.

Reviewer Comments: Condo needed a new dishwasher and toaster. the shower curtain liner had mold all along the bottom. Dishes and silverware not put away clean.You could hear the guests upstairs using the bathroom in the middle of the night.

It was steps to the beach which was great. They offered beach chairs, umbrellas and lounges if needed. They had a heated pool and hot tub across the street by their office.The condo itself was clean and exactly as posted. I would stay there again!
