The unit was incredible. The entire property was clean, staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and the walkability of the location was amazing. The hosts truly made it feel like home and I was beyond impressed that the unit had everything needed for a perfect stay. The property itself was lovely to spend time in as well, the way it has been designed and decorated is so welcoming and relaxing. I’m really looking forward to returning and can’t thank the hosts, Eli and Christine, and all the Depot Village staff for making this a special trip and exceptional stay for me. The check in and checkout processes were seamless and couldn’t have been easier, and the hosts and staffs were so communicative and I appreciate how easy they made everything to enjoy without stressing about small details (such as me forgetting my shampoo and conditioner, and there being a hairdryer in the unit!). The look book provided in the unit was also incredibly helpful as a new visitor to the area. I’ll definitely be back and strongly recommend selecting Depot Village for staying in Gainesville!

We loved our stay. The apartment was clean, cute, the bed was so comfy and it was close to downtown. Will definitely stay there again!

Honestly this spot was so unique, I was blown away. I took pictures and sent it to my husband and friends inside and out. Very modern apartment with some rustic touches. The set up was awesome, bed was great, full kitchen, the shower even had shampoo/soap dispensers in it. It was perfect for 1 person. I can't even begin to describe the setting. It was like a bunch of apartments but like they were in older homes all cut up and there was a huge courtyard, lots of decking with chairs and a stage...which I found out Saturday night that locals use for gatherings and a concert. There was an actual concert and people barbequing in front of my from porch Saturday night. It was a bit shocking at first, but ended up a pretty cool experience. The only thing I would say at all that was a downside was that there is literally nothing but a door between you and the apt next door and you could hear everything. Not just muffled but clearly. So not a private spot if you're a couple. ;) Oh and bring a hairdryer. But man this place is something I would love to come back to when I'm working in Gainesville. I walked to Amelia's downtown at night, lots of parking in the lot across. It looks exactly like the pictures. Modern but rustic modern. Very cool.
